Scott Alan Salomon, Scot Salomon took our money and did nothing. What are we supposed to do? Coral Springs Florida

We are from out of state which made finding a lawyer in Florida difficult for our custody case. We found MR. Salomon through the internet and his site boasts how he has been on CNN. All he did was blow smoke up our butts and made us believe that he could get custody of a child who so desperately wanted to live with us in ARkansas. We paid him $7500 to retain him and he has not done anything. He did not bother to show up for the mediation except by phone and he was late doing that. He served them with custody papers at a remedation hearing on child support. That was very unprofessional and then when the childs support case went to court, he did not show up for that and she was awarded what she asked for and the custody was not even addressed. He assured us that he was going to file a motion of stay since our rights had been violated and we still do not know if that has ever happened.

We cannot afford to hire a lawyer to go after MR. Salomon, then retain another one to fight our custody case. MR. Salomon, how can you sleep at night? You have not returned our phone calls and email in three or four weeks. Neither has our so called case worker which we have had three by the way since we started this case with you. If you have any decency whatsoever, give us back our money so we can proceed. Otherwise, you will be hearing from us somehow, someway....someday.

You are supposed to protect our rights and not violate them. I see that I will most likely have to stand in line because it looks as though you have screwed many people over. What comes around....goes around and your turn is definitely coming. You are scum. I am glad you will be disbarred so that you cannot hurt people the way you have us and our son. Too bad I didn't know I could have checked you out on the Florida bar website but I am educated in that now and it will never happen again. If anyone can help us, please contact us.
