Scott Gee & Associates Made a large mistake and cost me 17K Rancho Cucamonga CA California

This real estate company was great in the beginning. It wasn't until 7 days before closing that we found out that they had made a huge mistake on the paperwork and that mistake cost us nearly 17,000 dollars which we had to come up with within 7 days or we couldn't sell our house. We expressed how upset we were with them after this happened. Because of medical reasons, we had to continue with our move. After 3 weeks, we notified them of our discontentment with our process and the unfairness that we felt because of a mistake that they made and we could confirm through footage of our in-home cameras. They first called and said that they would like to see what they could do to make it better and ultimately said (paraphrasing) that they were sorry and that this was definitely a learning experience that would help them not make the same mistake with future buyers. They did not offer ANYTHING other than an "I'm sorry." So, don't let yourself or your family be the next 17,000 dollar mistake
