Scott said himself in an email WHICH I still have if he tries to deny it BUT I know that he is No Longer Doing Storage Hunters. They are showing him from previous taping.

I do know one thing tho......I am the type of person who just wants to get along with everyone. My husband told me...."DON'T TRUST HIM"!!  But did I listen....UNFORTUNATELY NO!!

@Out for Justice: No worries; I am not certain of your story, but Scott is manipulative and can appear to be quite convincing.

We were aware that Scott Michael Tassone had not changed since he has made little-to-no effort to fulfill the court-ordered judgments. Scott continues to this day to operate illegal businesses in the Orange County area as a con artist. Additionally, Scott has yet to acknowledge wrongdoing on his part -- he blames others (particularly fictitious people) but pretends to take responsibility. While Scott verbally takes responsibility, he fails to make reparations.

If Scott reformed, he would have at least made an effort to fulfill his legal obligations rather than blatantly lie and resort to stall tactics. For example, in late November Scott was pretending he was trying to collect the full amount owed towards his judgment in Orange County; however, Scott's Facebook page indicated he was busy on a trip in New York City heavily discussing drinking and bar hopping.

As for myself, I already begun the process of garnishing Scott Michael Tassone's appearance checks for Storage Hunters. I should be receiving paperwork back from the Sheriff's department on that any day now.

I was so stupid to believe People can change. Most of them can, but I was so wrong about him! I now ask for forgiveness from all of you who have been Victimized by this man!

I so apologize again to The Tassone's for my actions and the things I said about them BOTH!

Scott Michael Tassone previously offered to fully pay the judgment from the Small Claims lawsuit by November 10th, and unsurprisingly, failed to fulfill his offer. I patiently tolerated various excuses for failing to adequately resolve the matter, but after over ten months of rampant excuses, enough was enough. Last Wednesday, I filed with the court that Scott Michael Tassone defaulted on the payment installment plan he requested with the court back in July. Additionally, I filed a Writ of Execution in court and pursued wage garnishment today against his Storage Hunters appearance checks so I can be repaid in full.

If you have a court-ordered judgment against Scott Michael Tassone and he is failed to pay within 30 days of the judgment being issued, you can obtain a Writ of Execution to satisfy the judgment. I have been in contact with the production company for Storage Hunters, T-Group Productions, and the following appears to be the correct company and address to pursue wage garnishment:

Steps for obtaining a Writ and wage garnishment:

Media Services appears to be the company that issues the appearance checks to Scott Michael Tassone, not the production company (T-Group Productions).

Ultimately, Scott's claims on Ripoff Report about wanting to make amends and resolving outstanding issues is nothing more than lip service. Here are some of Scott's claims on Ripoff Report that were never true in the end:

"Clemmons has sent me the address Her 1st payment going out today"

As far as I am aware, Clemmons never received her first payment.

"NEGAFOX Payment 1 Received Payment two going out today"

This payment was supposedly lost in the mail.

"Scotts Redemption Will be paid in full when he returns around Sept 2/3rd"

I believe Scotts Redemption was not paid around September 2/3rd. In fact, Scott changed the date to supposedly mid-December now. In typical fashion, Scott is always changing the date on when he will pay as well. Sorry Scott, but for those of us with court-ordered judgments, you had 30 days to pay.

"AND YES ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN SENT OUT CURRENT I HAVE MY RECORDS SO SLANDER AWAY"

... and the payments were never sent out. Hence Clemmons is still waiting on her 8 1/2 year judgment and I have a judgment from this May.

This was a baffling claim as I was never receiving regularly weekly payments. Or even bi-weekly or monthly.

My son in law gets these tickets ALL the time, so should I put him on this page and report his business??  I am all for Justice but this is WAY overboard and child!!! I am NOT the enemy on here, I am a reasonable person, but this is WAY too much for me!

I believe it boils down people that legitimately owed money by Scott are frustrated and lashing out a bit. After all, there are those present on Ripoff Report that have nearly an 8-year-old judgment against Scott.

As for myself, Scott Michael Tassone offered via email weeks ago to fully satisfy the judgment tomorrow, November 10th. If he does uphold his offer, I will let everybody know and simply disappear from Ripoff Report as he would no longer be of concern to me.

17 days (2 1/2 weeks) has passed since Scott publicly claimed to be paying me weekly and I have not seen a single payment since this statement. Scott claimed in an email last month that he will fulfill the court-ordered judgment by November 10th, 2012. Three days remaining for Scott Michael Tassone to make good on this offer. We will see if after the umpteenth broken promise if Scott finally makes good on his word.

This is my last post on here. I wish EVERYONE good luck in their lives. I truly believe people can change and I truly believe that they do.

In the last 6 weeks I have been through so much turmoil in my life and I have seen people change, so YES they can!

You have been paying me weekly? When did this occur because I must have missed something. If I recall correctly, you violated the court order back in May to pay me within 30 days, violated the new order (per your request) to pay twice a month, and broke your promise to pay in full by October 25th. In fact, you promised to make a payment on October 20th in which you were a no show and again broke another offer to pay on October 24th.

I do not believe that this man will ever pay anyone unless and again I am repeating myself....that you attach your Judgements against him at T-Group Productions. Otherwise, you can b***h and moan about it and continue to allow him to get away with it. Getting something through the Judgement Attachment is better then getting nothing at all.

I have not been on here in several months....

Since then Scott has promised to pay me on 6 different occasions only to have him cancel or not show up at all.

I never thought I would see anything from him to begin with and his actions are clearly proving that.  

We pulled our license temporally while we make some changes

Yes in the past i owned a Mortgage company when the the market crashed in 2007 I did deposit checks that i should not have deposited according to the bank i feel different . I fought it in court for 3 years and would have when to trial because i stand by what the TRUTH to the matter was. When it came time for trial in 2010 I was out of cash and if i had lost I would have done jail time so i took a plea deal. This was not the crime of the century I am very open and honest about my mistakes that i have made in the eyes of the law and only care about doing the best I can from here out. I paid my debt to society and have moved on in life.  I did no jail time and was let go from probation 1.5 years early I had no priors and nothing since.  No do i ever plan in being in that situation again

Personally you know what Tassone really is and have stated in quite well in your opinion. Personally, my advice is to attach your Judgement to Tgroup Productions his current employer. That is the only way you will be paid. I honestly don't know how he gets away with everything he does.

But, my personal opinion, is that the past will catch up with Tassone and he will be brought to Justice if everyone on here gets together and goes after him together. That will be the only way.

Where is my payment as well, Scott Michael Tassone (aka Scott the Mover)? You initially claimed you mailed it on August 25th, and when I called you out that I failed to receive payment, you backtracked and claimed you mailed it on August 27th instead. It is now September 1st. Since we live in the same county, I should have received payment last Wednesday in the mail -- Thursday if you sent it after the courier already arrived.

This is exactly why I filed a complaint with the California Public Utilities Commission and sued you in Small Claims Court. Repeated broken promises, lies after lies. Worst residential moving service I have ever experienced.

I heard from someone that Tassone's Business is now called 3 g's Moving. Was wondering if anyone else had heard that. The problem with Scott Michael Tassone (aka Scott the Mover) is that his way of living intentionally harms other people for financial gain. The reality is that Scott is a con artist. He is a master of lying, deception and manipulation. He uses psychological tactics to gain an advantage over victims such as claiming a family emergency to stall resolution, idly threaten legal action to get victims to back off, publicly claim dissidents are fake such as claiming they are an ex, etc.

In recent years, Scott has been running what appears to be an illegal residential moving operation, even falsely claiming to be licensed and insured. When somebody suffers damages as a result of Scott's actions, he tends to make idle promises to resolve the matter; however, when the time comes to make good on his promises, he makes excuses to delay resolution. Commonly, Scott claims family illnesses or business trips. It seems like Scott stalls hoping that the complainant will simply cease communications and disappear. When somebody catches on and confronts Scott, he pretends the victim is the one being difficult as he promised to resolve the issue (while ignoring the numerous broken promises).

I can undercover records pertaining to his illegitimate business practices dating back as early as 2004 in Orange County. Scott claims he has made mistakes and wants to resolve outstanding claims. However, given that he has been caught twice operating under a fake alias and using various company names to avoid detection in recent months, I still see no evidence he has changed his ways.

Let us look at some of the facts:

- 3 Big Dogs Moving Company was unlicensed and uninsured. Despite claims that the furniture was insured for 60 cents per pound, damaged furniture was not insured at all.

- Clemmons sued Scott Michael Tassone and a judgment was entered against him in 2005. Over seven years later, he has still failed to fulfill his legal obligations.

- A simple Google search of "scott tassone" yields numerous complaints against Scott Michael Tassone over the years with stories similar to those reported in this Ripoff Report thread. Months and years before Scott appeared on Storage Hunters.

- The numerous government documents referenced throughout this thread pertaining to Scott Michael Tassone.

I have noticed that every single time someone exposes Tassone he tries to turn the tables and make it that we are the bad guys and not he! I get amazed every single time! Now he does bnot want to sling mud at Negafox.

Well lets put it this way. I would not believe Tassone if his tongue came notarized. You can't turn the table on us, we are not the ones who have done wrong here, you are Tassone.

Additionally, your claim about CPUC makes little sense. After you received the cease and desist notice, you appeared to rename your moving company "The Move Crew" and operated under the alias "Troy W" for two months. This was, of course, short lived.

For those of us harmed by your illegal moving operations, there should have been a simpler solution. If you ran a legimate moving company that was licensed and insured to begin with as required by the State of California, then people would not have the need to sue you in court. They can simply file an insurance claim.

Has no one here ever heard ''Silence is Golden''?  I understand that everyone who has been ripped off by this ''gangsta'' is very angry, but WHY do you continue to announce to him how you are going to pursue him to right your wrong?  He conned you good to begin with, so he will continue to con you in trying to recover your losses.  He is a professional.  He somehow evades the law and the consequences.  How does he get away with fraud?  How does he get away with using many different Social Security numbers (which I know for a fact)?  That is a mystery.  But we understand.  We get it.  We know promises are not kept.  We know it is no use to email or phone him or meet with him, in the past, the now, or the future.  I suspect he is making this effort now to try to prove to the courts that he is trying.  He is not trying.  He will scam again in trying to get out of the scam.  Something a very wise man once told me is ''If you are right, you don't have to be angry.''  Just do what you need to do but don't advertise ''what'' you are going to do!  What success does it bring to you if you cause him to change jobs AGAIN, move AGAIN, disappear AGAIN?  Correct answer is NONE!  Of course, it is admirable to warn other consumers.  May i suggest you do so by addressing his most current (which is forever changing, so you have many to choose from) fictitious names and business names, and start new links?  The current ones are worn out and have become extremely reduntant.  I am a newbie here, but have read all the posts and have also been scammed by this artist an amount probably more than all of you combined.  Attack in silence.....shhhhh

Why does everyone continue to put up with Scott, I do not understand how this person is invincible. The only assumption that makes sense is thats hes connected. Hmm it makes sense in my eyes. If you look at Tassones record and background to date, there has never been anyone that has been able to get off with the sentence he received. I do not fear writing this as he most likely is very low man on the totem pole and my best guess is they simply needed to put him somewhere as so not to disturb other dealings. Just an educated guess, if you look back through the posts Tassone actually makes light of it a few months back. People his employer is Tgroup Productions 2121 Cloverfield Boulevard Santa Monica Ca. If you have a writ of execution you WILL be paid. I can promise you that dealing with him through email or phone will only get you in the same spot you are in now.

Several people have mentioned Clemmons vs. Tassone, Case 04CL03211, and you have not responded.  Why not?  You know this is a legitimate claim that a judge in the Superior Court of the State of California ordered you to pay in 2005! Judgments such as this CANNOT be claimed in BK!  I have never received a dime from you; only one check in the amount of $850 from a CLOSED ACCOUNT!  In fact, when my attorney served a Writ of Execution to your employer at that time, your employer actually lied, stating that you were NOT employed by them when you in fact were!  I have not harrassed you.  I have not threatened you.  I do not want you to lose your sources of income because i want my money!  It is a legitimate claim that IS NOT negotiable!  The total amount that you owe me to date, including the state mandated interest, is $19,426.52.  i am not willing to waste my time and energy on useless emails and phone calls.  I am not going to forget!  You will be receiving my mailing address in a few days.  When may i expect payment?

So to answer the question on whether Scott Michael Tassone reformed, the answer to that appears to be "no". Until yesterday, he was apparently operating his unlicensed and uninsured moving operations under the name First Choice Moving & Storage. That was illegal in the State of California which was why I contacted the California Public Utilities Commission.

I am not scared of you anymore. You can say 'Oh I have changed", no don't buy it.   There is no reason to be scared All i want to do as I stated in my 1st post is find out who is real and who is not.. There are people who just love to take and BASH ON TV PERSONALITIES I am not saying tha is what you are doing but you dont respond. I had a witness present during mediation and she verifies you never offered $2,500.  Additionally, I was the one that ended mediation talks and requested to take the issue directly to the judge since you were repeatedly threatening to sic your so-called attorney after me.  I implore you to provide evidence convincing others of otherwise.

However, the discussion of what occurred during mediation is irrelevant and nothing more than an attempt to derail the thread.  While it is nice to see you claim to want to right your wrongs, attacking and threatening people is probably not the best strategy.

Every single time Scott opens his mouth, its more and more smells coming out of it. One minute he is threatening us, then sicking his Attorney on us, then he gets humble for a minute. Scott the only reason your making any attempt to pay one person is because you want us to go away and thats just not going to happen.

I'm sorry I still don't believe Scotts Redemption. Why would anyone refer to their previous statements? That makes no sense. If I would have come to a settlement, I would have said it much much differently. For some reason this person makes my hair stand up, just a weird feeling, but everyone is to believe what they have too.

Also, Scott realizes that people had actually done what they said they were going to do, so this is why he is all of a sudden from only 2 days ago being humble now. I will not revel whom I spoke too, but yes my feeling is exactly what honestywouldbenice  has said.

And, to publicly correct you on Ripoff Report, you did not offer a dime until the day of the court hearing. In mediation, you only offered $1,500 as your final offer. The judge awarded me $1,860 total. I was awarded more than your final offer in mediation. If you can prove otherwise, feel free to publicly show proof.

In court, I asked the judge to pick an amount that he felt was reasonable. You initially requested for the judge to dismiss the case claiming it was frivolous. The judge denied your request so you claimed I was suing the wrong person and somebody else named Martinez was response. The judge asked for any evidence of this claim and you notified the judge that you forgot to bring paperwork.

I wont sling mud here as you know i could!! Yes we did go to court you got far less then I offer you in mediation and WAY less then you asked for you fail to post that you got way less then what I offerd... BUT WITH THAT SAID I will expect that when you get you payment You will post that you did get it and keep posting everything i do to correct this as I follow through with the court order agreed amounts

Other than being the RIGHT thing to try and doAt this point in my life its all math A private Investigator to seek out each person that post all the time is 6 Each one cost $2000.00 To figure out who it is So that would be $12000.00 Then I have to pay my attorney $300.00 Per hour to go after each person he says 10 hours at the least. $3000.00 X 6 = $18000.00 So $18000.00+$12000= $30000.00 To get what?? One thing to note is that Scott Tassone is that he tends to make promises to pacify people, and then either ignore you hoping you disappear or make excuses to cause delays. Typical excuses I heard include business trips and family emergencies. Until you actually see a check, money order or cash from Scott Tassone, any words or promises are meaningless, Scott's Redemption. I have been through numerous broken promises with Scott Tassone, which is why I sued him in Small Claims Court. If Scott stuck to his promise of sending repair crew to fix damages, then I would have never sued him. Even after successfully suing him, I still tolerate broken promises of him offering to pay by some near future date.

Scott, you keep dodging my question. Many people sued you over the years. Will you be reaching out to them and paying the court ordered judgment? You owe Clemmons a five-figure amount from 2005. And do not forget that people can claim 10% interest a year plus collection costs.

Scott you CANNOT I REPEAT CANNOT  file Judgements into Bankruptcies  and Let me take a while stab here I do believe the that Scotts Redemption is real person, and I do believe Scott and him have come to an agreement, I do also believe that Scott has and is holding him off based on filming more shows for this channel.To those not aware, Scott is obviously conning this channel as well, however I can guarantee that his film days are not over but they are close .

I have a friend in reality TV and he is aware of my situation and has advised me what will most likely happen, his guess is that they will use Scott in a few episodes and write him off, typical reality TV bs, but they will do it to save face, not for us, but the advertisers, and Ill go out on a limb here and say that he is getting paid a good amount of money (not Kardashian money but probally in the 3k per show range), but what Scott does not seem to understand is that there are writ of executions that will be enforced and although the law only allows 25% per case, with all the outstanding judgements, Scott by no means will have enough to pay anyone, as he will most certainly being working for free after said judgements are paid.

My guess is that they batch these shows together weekly and film 5 days a week, and that is good for us as his weekly check will be significant, but again I cant see the company continuing to use him. So once again my writ of execution is being done. But I doubt I will get more than 1 check from him. A bit off the subject, but has anyone noticed how random Scotts remarks, one minute he is belligerent the next he is humble.

I will not email you. If you were not associated with Scott, why reference the fact of your previous posts. No I don't buy it. He has outstanding judgements, so why would he pay you first? If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then you know the rest. This is unreal and I'm not falling for it. Like I said he has many outstanding judgements and pay you and not ones that are already owed, well sorry. You have proof and since you say you already settled, you can post it for all to see. 

I completely understand where you are coming from.  If another person posted what I did I would feel exactly the same as you do.  When you deal with years of lies and promises not kept, it is only natural to not trust anything.

The last thing I am trying to do is come on here and defend Scott.  I don't know any of the specifics of everyone else's issues. I'm sure, just as I am, that are a lot of hurt people.

However, I do feel that I owe it to the group to post updates on what is happening with me in hopes that perhaps others can get the same justice. As I stated before I remain very skeptical that Scott will actually deliver on the promise, but I am going to give him the shot and post on here what happens.

I apologize if you say that you are who you are, but in all honesty, I'm sorry I somehow feel you may be associated with Scott. You have come on here recently, posted an email to contact you and now all of a sudden you of all people he owes money to, have settled. I'm sorry, don't buy it! If you go back through the posts on this site you will see that I have been highly critical of Scott's actions, and I believe rightfully so in my case.

Now Scott has told people that he has agreed to terms to settle accounts for 2 people.  I don't know about the other one, but I can verify that we have come to an agreement to settle in full the damages that were caused by his moving company to my personal belongings.

Although I still do remain cautious and skeptical, we have arranged a date and a time to meet to finalize this transaction.

Whatever the reason my be for this change, I'm not sure.  I know he has probably had enough of all the posts on this site.  My belief system tells me that people can change, that they can make good for mistakes they have made in the past.  Actions will prove if this is true for Scott in my case.  I hope that is the case, because perhaps it will open the door for others to get their issues resolved as well.

I will post an update after our scheduled meeting, which is still a few weeks away.  I'm hoping that I will be able to post some good news of a situation that has been fully resolved and has opened a new chapter in this saga.

Really Scott. Now all of a sudden your humble. What happened to your sarcasm? What happened to calling us Silly Silly Silly, or Meatheads. Or your Attorney is coming for us, etc. What your humble because you realize no one is joking anymore. So now, we are supposed to feel sorry for poor Scott Tassone.  Your claims about how 2 people are being paid, what happened to all the others that have judgements against you that you have not paid? You being humble does not impress me. If you did truly care, you would have shown it from the beginning and actually done something about it. Again the past is not as you might think or as it appears. I own my past and man up to the past. I have paid my debts that I know about and am rebuilding my life. I will not BK out of old debts because like most do. I have faith in the ability to repay all.  Yes I lost everything and more in losing a big business sometimes leaves debts and angry people I fully understand and care. I want to pay mine. The rip Off Report has a bunch of copycat fake people or friends of friends on here making things look worse so it is what it is. In away its good because at least I will have resolved two real people soon and thats something.

I applaud you! I was also contacted by 21st Century after I let them know about Scott. They were very embarrassed and disgusted by what they found out. It's been a long time coming for this man to get what he deserves by all the people he has hurt and continues to hurt. I do know the production company didn't seem concerned at all about his past, but TruTv was. He has hurt many of my friends and owe them their lives back. I hope this is just the beginning of the end for him.

Off the subject I do need to let you know that 21st Century insurance IS NOT and WAS NOT MADE AWARE of your past criminal record, as I reached out to their marketing department this week and was pleasantly informed today via a telephone call, that they are looking into how this could have occurred, and they were indeed DISGUSTED AND HUMILIATED after reading the rip off report correspondences as well as the other 10+ people that have contacted them over the last 2 weeks. Please DO NOT tell me that they were aware also, as they were NOT. My guess would be that they are going to pursue whatever company cleared you to be on the show and represent them, Scott we are talking about a multi billion dollar company here, what in the hell would make you think that you can represent them with your past? I will follow through with my writ of execution, for garnishment of wages. Scott I would also inform you as well per the CPUC since you have been shut down twice year already, you CANNOT legally operate a moving business by simply changing the name and carrying someone elses insurance. According to my understanding of 527.6 that you cited, individuals posting on Ripoff Report does not constitute harassment since it serves a legitimate purpose. The individuals that were defrauded as a result of your actions post to inform others about their experiences and seek financial restitution.

One could argue you are guilty of harassment, Mr. Tassone. While you keep continuing to claim you cannot change your past, you do continue to publicly dismiss us, lie and threaten those defrauded by your prior business practices.

In fact, I can find quite a few threads where you dismissed a complaint as an ex. Any ex you may or may not have might have a legal complaint about such claims.

In this thread, you claimed we were jealous and trying to defame you. Remember, all threads on Ripoff Report and similar websites were generally created months and up to nearly ten years before your initial appearance on Storage Hunters. Jealousy pertaining to your appearance on a television show makes little-to-no sense.

Searching the court records, I can see there are a number of unpaid judgments associated with you, Mr. Tassone. As I mentioned previously, how about the Civil Case of Clemmons vs. Tassone (Case ID #04CL03211)? There was a judgment entered against you in 2005.  However, over seven years later and you still failed to pay the Plaintiff. While you cannot change your past mistakes, you can attempt to fix them. Do you intend to pay Clemmons the amount owed?

Also, how does one posting with a Mac prevent their IP address being properly tracked? That statement makes absolutely no sense. Are you confusing the concepts of MAC addresses and Macs? Either way, neither affects tracking a person's IP address.

The relief generally applies when the action is brought by someone not covered by a family relationship, which would be governed by restraining orders under the Family Code. Oriola v Thaler (2000) 84 CA4th 397, 403, 100 CR2d 822 (woman obtained civil harassment restraining order against man with whom she did not have a "dating relationship").
The conduct must be ongoing, and a single incident of harassment is not a "course of conduct" entitling the applicant to injunctive relief. Leydon v Alexander (1989) 212 CA3d 1, 4, 260 CR 253. Similarly, a trial court misinterpreted CCP 527.6 in holding that an injunction must issue based on a single incident of battery without finding a threat of future harm. Russell v Douvan (2003) 112 CA4th 399, 401, 5 CR3d 137 (attorney followed opposing counsel into elevator and forcefully grabbed his arm).

Ever notice that every time I post, Scott never responds directly to any of the questions I ask.

I'n my past I've had to investigate people like this.  Their game plan mostly consists of:

1) Almost never answering any question directly

2) Sticking to one answer and repeating it over and over again

3) Making threats hoping to scare people away

Notice Scott always says "CALL ME".  Why is he so afraid to conduct business via email?  Well, it's a lot easier to say that you never said something, than to try and convince someone that that was not you who wrote something down.

I personally called up 21st Century and referenced them to Rip Off Report and to what Scott has done to all of us. The people I spoke to were very upset. They told me they pulled up this site while I was on the phone with them and then said they were going to send this immediately to their supervisors. I was told they were not aware of this site and the contents of it.

 By the way, Scott has claimed he will come after us for slander. Hey Scott I'll meet you at Starbucks anytime, I am here daily. No one has slandered you but you. You have hurt many people...that is not slander. You are in the court system, thats not slander. You work for T Group Productions, thats not slander. And as people have said, you, yourself has hurt your family by your actions. No one made you do the things you did, but you.

Yes people have called your employment and are doing whatever they can to collect judgements that are owed, with no prevail, yet. But its a matter of time thats all. And thats not slander either. On 21st Century, just find the 800 number and put in your complaint. Let them know what evidence you have as well as I did and they will listen.

Well about a week ago Scott came on here and blessed us with his words again.  Claiming that there is a big conspiracy against him to spread lies and false information.  He threatens to sue us all for slander and more messages get posted.  Hmmmm, maybe its because it is not slander when it's the truth!

In fact, in Scott's last post he wrote ,"Let's stop playing games.  If you have a issue let's fix it".  Well, I immediately wrote an email to Scott.  I explained the situation again. which is basically twice we have gone through the process where he has promised to make payments to me, only to completely vanish after not making the first payment.  I most have been dealing with him when he wasn't as seasoned of a con man, because I have pages of emails from him stating his company did damage my furniture and would reimburse me for the loss.  I offered to send him all this documentation which would surely prove that this is legit.  And of course......I have not heard a single word for him.

What is most sad is that he comes on here and tries to go after us for hurting his family.  Let's make this very very clear Scott.  If anyone owes your family an apology it is YOU!  You are the one that has done this.  You are the one that is setting this example for your children.  You are the one that is bringing all of this karma onto yourself and your family.

Perhaps would Scott like to explain why so many judgments against him have been issued through Civic and Small Claims lawsuits? 1ST Yes I owned a mortgage business that when the mortgage world fell apart in 2007 I was left with a financial  mess I chose to resolve issues in the wrong way even though I felt as I did the correct thing. I fought it in court until 2010 before taking a PLEA deal. I did no jail time put had a stern punishment as I had no priors and was released from formal probation after two months after it started. This was all very unpleasant but I completed it I stood up and dealt with my poor decision like a man. I  am now waiting expoungement next year

 2nd All restitution was paid in full up front

 3rd I did inform all upfront with my court papers & letter of explanation then went through a full background check to make sure my story was correct. YES I WAS HONEST UP FRONT because my mistakes might look bad but if you knew the REAL facts I did what any good man would do in my case. I did not want to PLEA out but if I lost by jury I would have gone to prison. The State made me an offer and I took it after 3 years

Hell Everyone, I would just like to update a few things, Scott Michael Tassone is now employed by a company out of Santa Monica called TGROUP PRODUCTIONS  COMPANY, It appears as though they are not concerned with Mr. Tassones recent activities, I placed numerous concerns to them, and either did not receive a response or a very vague response that seemed very unconcerned. I did however contact the television network which is Turner broadcast aka Trutv, obviously very well known, and they did show some concern, and promised me that they were looking into this and that they were not aware at the time of hiring that Mr. Tassone had these previous issues with the court system, as well as the paper trail of court cases and Felony's. We need to keep on this everyone as this company should have never hired this man. I will be bringing this to the news media attention, and lets hope we can gain some way here. I now have to wonder if anyone else on the show is a convicted felon such as Mr. Tassone. Please let me know if I can assist anyone on here with the information I have, I also am going to see if I can check out the rest of the cast as this could be huge, and Im sure this not the type of publicity a TV show wants. I personally reached out to Scott Michael Tassone inquiring about his attorney and/or attorney investigator last week with no intent publicly reveal their identity.  However, he refused to provide the identity of his purported attorney(s). During the past six months I have personally dealt with Scott, I successfully sued him in Small Claims Court without seeing any trace of his attorneys despite his repeat legal threats.

I believe that Scott posts the threats on here to scare people from going after him. I have noticed that he repeatedly has said he is self employed and not to contact his work Storage Hunters. Well personally I will be contacting Storage Hunters and giving them everything I have. I urge others to do the same. Statue of limitations vary, so my suggestion is to also check to see if its too late for you or not, you just may be surprised.  It's worth a shot to do anything to get what you deserve back. He calls us silly meat heads, etc, the reason is intimidation so no one will go after him. Scare tactics is basically what he uses. Don't be afraid to get what you deserve and give him what he deserves. We have to try to stop him from hurting others like he has hurt many on here.

The entire time I have dealt with Scott, he has been throwing around attorney threats and I have yet to see any trace of his so-called attorney.

So please Scott, feel free point out where there is slander.

- Is it that we claim you list false addresses for the various businesses? Remember, you operate from your home so it is not a case of an old address.
- Is it the fact that you remove your license plates from your vehicles and when you get ticketed, you simply correct it for a dismissal with the courts and then remove the license plates again immediately.
- Let's see is it the fact that you unlawfully operate an unlicensed and uninsured moving company. Remember, CPUC nailed you twice this year already and put out a public notice about 3 Big Dogs.
- How about the fact that you have been convicted of burglary by the State of California?
- Or, that the Department of Real Estate revoked your license.
- How about the fact that whenever you get sued, you commonly fail to pay and the Plaintiff has to file a Writ of Execution against you?

I have been sitting back over the past few weeks since I found this site watching all the people attack Scott, and then watching Scott calling them liars.  Scott says he will take care of any legitimate claim, so I've decided to give him the chance to prove himself on this site so everyone can track it.

Scott, a few years ago your company damaged my furniture in a move.  You told me that insurance would cover it and strung me along for about 2 months and then said they wouldn't but you personally would.  You promised to make payments to me but never did.  When I started asking, you ignored both my calls and emails.

A year later you said online that you have made mistakes and would make it right.  You put your phone number on here and ask people to call you.  I did.  You promised again to make payments and did not, and once again stopped returning my messages.

It appears now that you have so good things going for you.  I want to believe that you want to make good on anyone that you have wrong, but you have to understand, that is hard to do.  I do not want to call you anymore.  I don't want my information in your hands, I don't want to go down this road again.

So here is my proposal.  You, or anyone else interested in this case can contact me at scottsredemption@yahoo.com.  I have a whole history of emails saved from you stating your commitment to make payments to me.  Send me an email and I will send you a document that shows all of your emails to me.  That should take care of whether or not you believe this is a legitimate case.  Once we have confirmed that, I only ask that you honor what you said you would do.  I will not accept payments.  I will not accept a check.  We can meet at a bank and you can bring cash.  I will sign any paperwork you want stating that you lived up to your word and took care of the situation.  If after reading the emails and seeing that it is legitimate, I will contact you lawyer and deal with them if you like.  

I am going to post all updates and correspondence between us on this site.  Everyone will get the chance to see if your repeated promise to make good on any bad situation from the past is real.

I do believe that people can change.  If that is the case for you, then everyone reading this site will get to experience it first hand.

   1st Everyone on TV goes threw a backround check everything i have done and what is here on ripoff report *** FOURM*** that anyone can post anything about anyone under a assumed name. If people notice you are not using your real name. Everything was and is disclosed up front to the networks as well as google defaming remarks The Networks use a 3rd  party backround agent they did there own investagation. Not all that is here is true so i laugh go ahead try and make me look bad. The past is the past i cant change it i can only change my future and try not to make mistakes. You should step up or let go!! Can't everyone see that all Scott does is avoid or threaten us! He is a Liar, A Con Artist, and will never change his colors. The more people that attach their checks to his work that you can prove (TV Show), the better off we will all be. Otherwise, he will lie and say he is hot on our trail. Or his "attorney" does not want his number left! Scott thinks he is fooling people, but it will all catch up to him. I honestly don't think that the show he is on truly knows his history. If they did I feel they would fire him. Maybe its time to let them know exactly who Scott Michael Tassone and his wife  are. He definitely still owns the moving business.  The only references he uses are the ones working for him. This guy needs a taste of his own medicine what he has done to others.  I guarantee if he does answer it will be "here I am step up and show who you are". Or My attorney is hot on your trail. How many times do you think he could use those idle threats? I for one am sick of him.

I privately talked to the movers that personally handled my move and they confirmed Scott is their boss and owner of the company. They were upfront that Scott renames the same moving company every so often; it is not different moving companies like he claims. Interestingly, they were open and explained that all the company addresses were fake, that Scott runs the company from his home and that they store their moving trucks at a public storage facility in Long Beach.

When did you stop being associated with your moving company?  You said that you are no longer a part of that business, when did that happen?

The reason I ask is because, I recently received an application for a person that claims that he works for a moving company that you are the owner of.  Was he telling a lie?  If so, let me know and we will contact him to let him know that his application is denied because he lied on it.

Throughout my unfortunate experience with Scott Michael Tassone, he has repeatedly idly threatened to sic his attorneys on me. Funnily, every time I called his bluff, I have to yet to see any trace of his so-called attorneys.

Did you know that Scott Michael Tassone's moving operations have been shut down twice this year by the California Public Utilities Commission? It is true. The California Public Utilities Commission even put a public notice in May 2012 that he was sent a cease and desist notice for 3 Big Dogs Moving which is available online at (#14 on the list):

Everything that has been posted has been posted by Our 1st Amendment right under the law. You have to have a Subpoena to get and track any IP address and its against the law if its done otherwise and inadmissible in Court. Empty threats are futile. All the posts on here are not false and the record you have is in the Public Court System.

Did you really think that Scott would answer any of us?? He is not leaving his Attorneys name and phone number because he probably does not have one! He knows people are sick & tired of dealing with his BS and yet no response unless it suits him. The best way is for everyone is to attach his paycheck.

Also, I know that you have said that you have resolved every situation that was legitment.  Since this site seems to only be filled with those people that claim you have not taken care of them, why don't you have some of your satisifed customers come on here and defend you.

Also, I see you mentioned that you no longer have anything to do with the moving company.  Is that of today?  When did you no longer associate yourself with that business.

Just an FYI, you might want to have your "past" employees stop listing you as the owner of the business on applications they are submitting.

Also after reading so of the other posts, I don't think people were looking for you to post your home address on the website, but I'm assuming since you ran a legitimate business you must have a business address.  Most companies don't hide there business addresses.

Regardless of the other issues, please just post the name and phone number, or mailing address of your attorney and I will be happy to sent them all the copies of the emails I have from you stating your committment to handle my situation and compensate me for the damage your moving company did.

Seems simple enough right?  You keep mentioning your attorney, and since we couldn't come to an agreement that worked talking over the phone, emailing, etc, lets just let the lawyers review the documents.  You know what, If they tell me that they don't think I have a valid claim, I'll just drop it and walk away.  So once again, please provide their information.

He is on a National TV show called Storage Hunters. We saw him while at a friends house and to our surprise...there he was Scott Tassone. I have told people, don't these people who hired him know he has a history with arrest and has done fraud with many people. Is unlicensed. I'm am going to find out  who he is hired by and let them know by giving them his arrest record and letting them know he is on probation until 2013. I wonder if anyone there knows about his record.

Why don't you either file a file a police report or sue him in court if you have an issue? If you go to an Orange County courthouse, you can pull up the public records for Case #30-2012-00545848-SC-SC-HLH which should have his current contact info.
