I also have been ripped off by scriptlance / R3N3 Internet Services. When I posted a project for a music download store, I received a bid from programmer "Arsh".
I stated in my project description that my max budget was 2000 usd, he asked 6000 usd. When I contacted him to ask if he would do it for 2000 usd, he agreed and made the bid.
Maybe then I shouldve had some alarm bells going off in my head, but since he had several good reviews, I went ahead.
Arsh delivered a useless piece of code 6 months late(!) and I filed a dispute with sriptlance support.
This "sanjay" person contacted me after a long time and I forwarded all of the conversations arsh and I had and also gave him a link to the useless static template that arsh had provided me with.
After some weeks went by I could tell Sanjay never read all the stuff I sent him out of his replies to me and I started to be a bit aggrevated with the way things were going.
Obviously, this Sanjay person is the only one working there and therefore nothing gets done because he simply does not have the time for it!
This is ridiculous and I just want my money back, which I have told him for almost a year now!
Yet still nothing has been done. I feel ripped off, because i paid 2000 USD for a useless template which even was delivered 6 months late!!
At this moment I am considering to start a legal procedure...

I to have been ripped of by scriptlance in a cpl different ways much like the cases found here, those guys should be thrown in handcuffs or have a class action lawsuit against them
