Seacoast National Bank Consumer Fort Pierce Florida

Seacoast has a product called "Freestyle Checking" which is free if you use the atm at least 7 times per month. I use it several times a week and was still being charged $7/mo for paper (mailed) statements, and on occasion the fee has dropped my balance and caused overdrafts (e.g. $1 bag of pretezels cost me $36). After paying the fee for the last 8 months, it was only after mentioning the fee that the branch manager told me that had I gone online and signed up for paperless statements ( which I don't need, never asked for) that the fee would be automatically waived.

So Seacoast changed their policy, nobody at the bank ever mentioned it to me, and I was unaware that I did not have to pay this monthly fee for 8 months.

If there is ever a class action suit against Seacoast, I would gladly participate.
