Several call centers in the United States have been closed and their jobs have been sent over to the Phillipines. Came in and shut down the office on the same day. No notice/ Only Gave 8 weeks serverence even when there were associates at this location for 20+ years.

They changed our job discription only months before, to delivery specialist instead of customer service agents. When you call the national 800 number you will get someone from the Phillipines and they will tell you that you will be called back in 24-48 hour. Make them mad and you will not be able to understand them. What happened to Sears old slogan made in the USA? I guess they were not talking about the associates.
