Secured Bankcard services SBS Charged me $295 to give me a quote on what they could give me in a loan.. No refund when asked Wethersfield Connecticut

I received a call asking If I needed any money for my business I said I was working with someone and The man said he could beat it and said If I had bad credit that would be no problem as he got a loan for a guy with 300 credit rating. So I said ok let me see what you can do. I faxed him several papers that he needed coasting me over $50 dollars to fax. One of the papers was an application saying it will cost $295 which is fine after I accept the offer. After a few weeks I get an offer in email and it was not what I wanted and less than what the other company was offering. The next day the $295 dollars was taken out of my account. I never excepted the offer and asked for a refund and was told i cant get one.
