I received a USPS letter postmarked from Philadelphia PA on 15th OCT 2012 from Anthony Martin with return address 532 Montreal Rd. Suite 481, Ottawa, Ontario K1K4R4,Canada

Sent a check for $49.97 on 21st OCT 2012, and still have not receive any response at this date of 12/27/12. Wondering how to get my money back.  The FAQ page even stated if all the positions were filled in my State which is Texas they would be mailing my full payment back. The business was processing coupons called select coupons. Any help on getting my money back would be appreciated. I am thinking this company is a scam, and dishonest at this point in time, from what I have read on this web site several other folks have had the same problem.
