Select Platinum Credit Elite Debit Took 49.99 from my checking account without my knowledge or authorization. Internet

This morning when I checked my checking account, I found that a company going by the name Select Platinum Credit, had taken 49.99 from my checking account without authorization. I had applied for a payday loan on a site (I don't know which one) that shared my information with this rip-off company. I have contacted my bank, and I have to sign some paperwork today in order to get this charge reversed. I just wish there was some other action I could take to get justice! I Googled the name of the company and came up with hundreds of hits of other people who have been victims of this same fraud.
