They drafted $49.99 from my checking account without my approval. I owe another $35 in bank fees because of their withdrawal. There is no contact info on the web site and the BBB is no help because they cannot trace them. I want my money back! Help!

100DayLoans.com

AUTHOR: Ms Monica - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 25, 2012

If you go to the website and look for the number, you can search on www.Google.com and it will give you information like this:

Spam messages lead to payday loan outfit

Ive lost count of how many payday loan websites are operated by Patriot Web Marketing. One wonders why ONE company would have seemingly dozens of websites. After calling 1-877-817-8792, I was referred to ConsumerPayday.com, operated by Patriot Web Marketing. This is strange. Representatives at that 800 number said they were the Payday Loan Application Center, located in Miami, Florida. They declined to provide a business address. Here is this outfits address:

ConsumerPayDay.com
c/o Patriot Web Marketing, LLC
14545-J Military Trail #359
Delray Beach FL 33484

The Better Business Bureau in Florida rates this company an F (see here).

The phone number available of Patriot Web Marketing is apparently (561) 499-3329.

By the way, payday loans are notoriously bad for the consumer. Stay clear of them.
