Select Portfolio Servicing used to be known as Fairbanks. This "lender" has done everything possible to ruin homeowners lives. I work at a mortgage company named Globelend Mortgage.
I am located in Miami, FL and am currently helping many people hurt by SPS. These homeowners were hit with interest rates that are much higher than they qualify for.
I am trying to do my part to help everyone, but I am one man. The best option for many people is to refinance to the lower rate they qualify for. Please feel free to contact me for any questions, whether you are trying to refinance or not.
