 My parents own a home, and the mortgage was sold to SPS. They increased their payments so much that they could no longer afford the house! They were offered the loan modification process, and it never went through! They also offered them a short sale option, but all of a sudden they got no response. Now their calling them a lot asking them for money on the house, but not helping them. Now they want to for close on their home! This is not fair at all! SPS should be closed down for what their doing to people. My parents are senior citizens, with very low income! Now they have to deal with these people making false promises and not delivering on them!!!
