We were forced to SPS threw Chase. They upped our payments from $600 to $967 a month. Forced hazard Insurance on us. Then sent me a letter about we needed to get insurance or they were going to up our payments by $8880 a year. After we get insurance, they then tell me over the phone that the letter was a typo. But now my mortgage will be going up again. I found on the internet SPS is the new worst mortgage co. Thats only the third or fourth Mortgage co. that had the dead to our home since 2000. First it was EMC, Then they switch to AMC. Then it went to Chase. SPS first told us that chase hired them to servce our loan, then they told us they were the lender. Lie after lie after lie.
