Select Portfolio Servicing SPS Mortgage was originally with Washington Mutual Salt Lake City Utah

My loan was transferred I guess from Washington Mutual, when I recieved first notice it was a notice of forclosure, I had not been advised loan was transferred are sold. I had just made a 3,000 payment to chase, then was advised by PSP that I owed an additional 1,500. Then I was notified that there would be no escrow and that i would be repsonsible for Property taxes on the home. What happend to the last 3,000 I paid Washington. I thought all payments credit over when an account was transferred and or bought out. Know my balance due is the same amount I owed Washington Mutual and I have been paying PSP for the last year. Were are my payments going. This is a rip off.
