Unexplainable charges and fees for having my loan sold by chase without notification... Seems as I am reading I was not alone...I never was late with a payment yet my credit report listed two 30 day late payments...when confronted with this mistake they filed an inquiry with no response of the outcome. Like most, I work 60+ hours and cannot spend the 40 hours a week needed to dispute incorrect reporting when the outcome is predetermined. All the horror stories I have read are all too familiar... It is a pattern of deceit and sps needs to be held liable for their devious ways...I would be a perfect candidate for legal action as I have proof of the lies...Unfortunatly I belive the worst is yet to come as I now have had to file a small insurance claim that, judging from the other complaints I've read, should be nothing short of impossible to receive funds in an acceptable time frame. I will report back on the unnecessary BS that I encounter but will be assisted by an attorney this time

My name is Sarah, I am replying to you because saw your comment reply about Select Portfolio Servicing involvement with your mortgage. I work for a company that deals with these types Select Portfolio Servicing have been one of the names that has been coming up a whole lot lately. It seems they are involved with a ton of fraudulent loans.
We will be able to advise,consult and educate you. You may be able to receive the compensation you deserve due to the negligence of the lenders involved. It is your obligation to yourself to use your last means of defense to get to the truth of this matter. Once you provide evidence that they have been collecting on your property illegally you can take it to court and petition to void the deed of trust.
When and/if your property is being foreclosed on one of the things we do offer is a packet for a Stay of Execution which has stopped at least two of our clients from losing their homes until we were able to finish the investigation for them.

All Lenders are must produce the Documents required by Law to prove ownership of the loan. This is called Validation.
