I have been dealing with this company since 2001, when my mortgage was sold to them. At the same time I was dealing with my husband having colon cancer and at first didn't pay too much attention to the OTHER CHARGES, the forced placed insurance and I was put into a auto club that belongs to them that I never asked for. I got behind and then started making 1 1/2 payments, when I was on 11 of the 12th payment they stopped taking them sent them back and I started getting foreclosure notices.
I contacted my congressman PLATTS, Senator SPECTOR, The FTC and nothing has been done. I now got a sheriff sale notice and am being told that my home gets foreclosed on June 13th, 2005. I have tried everthing and now it looks like my son and I are going to be homeless, because no one will help me. The company will not take my phone calls, letters come back and I am just so afraid right now that my home is going to be sold to these thieves. Has anyone had any luck in taking action against these criminals? Please contact me if you have any answers. ruger901@verizon.net, what they are doing to people just is not right and should be stopped.

I hate to tell you this But they will probably end up with your home.They did mine I went through it for over three years They forclosed when I didnt even know we were going to court that day
They hire crooked attorneys to win They dont care how or who it is I had three kids at my house when the sheriff came in didnt knock told me I had five minutes to get out Had a guy there to change the locks I was never told I had to be out or anything
I hate that you are going through this to but that is why I am still fighting these thiefs.I know I will never get my home back They sold it already.
The ones that bought my house at the foreclosure sale was guess who FAIRBANKS CAPITAL
