What a nighmare.....Going to court tommorrow to see if i can keep my house or not all because of Fairbanks Capital the most corrupt and greedy Mortgage company of all. My payments were rejected and eventually i was sent to foreclosure. My house was then sold and now i am screwed.
Thousands of dollars ( which i have the cashed check copies) in payments were never credited to my mort. account and then they sent me to foreclosure. Most of my payments that were credited went to bogus fees and not needed insurance (which i already had and they decided i needed duplicate insurance) They did not even give me the thirty days i am entitled by law to have to redeem my house. How can they be so much above the law and have no severe penalties enforced. It is like they are a very large monopoly that is more powerful than our own goverment. Why has no one done anything to stop them?
They are very crooked and corrupt As for the Class action law suit they lost.. i only recieved $655.00 of the $7000.00 i should have What a joke so much for our country that supposedly prides itself on justice.
STAY AWAY FROM FAIRBANKS CAPITAL AND ALL THEIR AFFILIATES ... IF THEY BUY YOUR MORTGAGE REFINANCE OR SELL TO GET AWAY FROM THEM.

MY HUSBAND AND I TO HAD A MORTGAGE W/FAIRBANKS FOR 5 YEARS BEFORE THAT IT WAS CONTI. WE TOO PAID THOUSANDS FOR ALL THE LATE FEES DEMAND LETTERS AND SUCH. WE WERE PUT INTO FORECLOSURE LAST YEAR , WE WERE LUCKY WE SOLD OUR HOME BEFORE IT WAS FINAL.BUT WE TO JOINED INTO LAWSUIT AND WE WERE TOLD WE WERE GETTING CLOSE TO 5000.00 AND ALL WE GOT WAS 200.00. TO ME THIS IS JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF FAIRBANKS WINNING AGAIN. WE LOST THOUSANDS TO THIS COMPANY AND OUR HOME,THEY DISTROYED OUR CREDIT AND WHAT DO WE GET NOTHING BUT BEING RENTERS AGAIN,WITH NO CLUE WHEN WE CAN BUY A HOME AGAIN.

i received my settlment check today what a joke $15.19 for bogus late fees i paid and worse than that a screwed up credit rating for a while. i finally after 2 re-fi's the first being subprime due to conti-fairbanks.but i have now after several years gott'in a decent rate. how much did this cost me? more than i care to think about.
makes a guy wonder if the cost of their suit is just part of their budget. looks like nothing has changed in their ethic dept.can't beleive or gov is sending our boy's half way across the world to control whats happening there and allowing this to happen here. a very sad tribute to the 58000 lost in veitnam
and still loosing today in the mid east. i pray to GOD that this evil demon will stop.
