select portfolio servicing inc Falsely denying receipt of modification documents repeatedly. Causing delays in modification application Salt Lake City Utah
*General Comment: Select Portfolio Servicing
After sending the documents that were requested by SPS, they call each month asking for the same documents claiming that they have not received documents that was sent as a package which included multiple documents that they requested. At the end of the month they ask that we send the documents again because something is missing.
The phone conversation ends when I ask that someone be willing to sign for any more documents that are sent to SPS. They refuse to honor the United Postal Service "sign with a return receipt.

I agree with the reviews regarding Select Portfolio Servicing's repeated requests for not receiving information pertinent to mortgage modifications. They always send dozen of repeated letters asking for the same information and purposely waiting well past 90 day deadlines, for sending information again.
They are horrible.
