I have been trying. To get a modification. Since 2013 when my husband to sick with cancer. I was the only one working at that time. I applied to SPS and they refused. I applied again and they turned me down. Again. And I applied and they still deyned me a modification. So i can save my home. I was told to use me and my daughter income it was to low. Then I was told to just use me and my son income that was to much? Each time they have turned me down. I. Have sent in all the required documents. Faxed fedx. Overnight. Now they want to take my home ? I was serve with papers the day before thankgive day to appear in court.?
