Tampa Fl.- With a malevolent plan to steal, rip off Select Portfolio Servicing (SPS), HSBC Bank USA, Carriage Pointe Community Association and PILKA ASSOCIATES opened legal complaints to seized, steal Baby Paul’s house at Gibsonton, Florida. Baby Paul a 2 year old boy with cerebral palsy, who fight with the syndome of Lennox-Gastaut (epilepsy) daily, is subject of malicious prosecution of Wrong Foreclosure, Enforce Lien. Now Baby Paul has to fight another battle with the following white collar mafia entities, Select Portfolio Servicing Inc, Bank of America, HSBC BANK USA as Trustee (a fake Trust), Pilka Associates, Carriage Pointe Community Association, Daniel Pilka, Abertelli Law Office and Quarles & Bradly, which want to steal his house with fraudulent and malicious legal cases, using purported documentations and fraudulent charges in support of their false claims. Recently, Baby Paul’s parents opened an account to get support at Gofundme.com to get money to pay cost of legal assistance to defense the baby’s house. "Save baby Paul’s house is our priority, we have to stop this abuse and injustice now”, say Frank Greer. Baby Paul’s familly is under a lot emotional and financial stress fighting those malevolent giants. Being a Pro se is not easy.
In this corrupt judicial system of Florida, Pro se has not right, when ruling judges do not care about their right, especially when talking about foreclosure. The Greer family has been victim of the 3rd Wrong Foreclosure by Select Portfolio Servicing, Quarles Bradly Law office, attorneys Joseph T. Kohn, Benjamin Brown and the fake trust HSBC BANK National with fraudulent documentation.
