I signed up with Seneca One after Many attempts to contact me via phone and constant letters sent to my house. I was in dire need of some money from my settlement and I ended up trying to sell $240,000 of my future settlement for a measley $47,000.00 I ended up going through with the transaction because of the fact that I was in huge debt after being laid off for lack of work. I am making this review to let everyone know PLEASE shop your deal around after contacting seneca one! I was contacted 3 weeks before my court date by Michael Davis he shops these deals around to different private investors and was able to get me $104,000 for the EXACT same payment I was selling to seneca one! he explained to me that if you do not shop around these companies will do whatever they can to take advantage of you! Michael used to work for a few big name companies and now works for him self and helps people that are being taken advantage of. If you really need some help on selling your payments give him a call his cell phone is 561-512-3829. Tell him Jennifer Sent you and he will hook you up with a great deal. I will use him for any other transactions in the future!

I am an employee in the legal department of Seneca One and I believe this review is a hoax. I have researched all transactions that Seneca One has completed with anyone having the first name "Jennifer". I was unable to find any transaction with the terms indicated. If indeed this review is real, I welcome the reviewer to contact Seneca One to confirm the veracity of the review.
It appears that the review is simply an attempt by an individual named Michael Davis to defame Seneca One's name in an effort to bolster what appears to be a business competing with Seneca One. Interestingly, there is no further identifying information for the purported customer beyond the first name "Jennifer". By contrast, there is a full name and phone number for Michael Davis.
For any consumers reading this, please be wary as Michael Davis has tried this tactic with several companies in the structured settlement purchasing industry. If in fact he is willing to create fake customers and fake reviews, how much do you think you can really trust him?
Seneca One has been in the structured settlement purchasing industry for over 9 years and has a solid reputation of customer service to stand on.
