Seniors Roofing & Siding, BRIAN MARQUIS (owner) installed a brand new ashphalt shingle roof in May 2006. Thereafter the roof began leaking. He has caulked the roof shortly after installation on three seperate occassions but to no avail and only after numerous phone calls did he even reply. A brand new roof would only need caulking if the installation was faulty. The leaks are still here and I have not been able to leave my home for any period of time as I have to be here to empty the buckets of water.
Seniors Roofing & Siding, BRIAN MARQUIS, advertizes in a seniors tabloid and calls his company Seniors Roofing & Siding which leads me to beleive that he targets seniors such as my wife and I. I continue to call Seniors Roofing & Siding, BRIAN MARQUIS, over and over and leave messages but he never returns my pleas for help. He has left me with these leaks and is ignoring me. Upon further investigation from a different roofing company, it is evident that the new roofing shingles installed by Seniors Roofing & Siding, BRIAN MARQUIS, were put over old shingles and even rotting peices of wood. What a nightmare it has been for this senior citizen.
