Septic Magic calls and says they are FBK products.Then they say the last shipment of septic helper you got is no good and you should stop using it.They have a replacement product to use.
Then they get your credit card # and charge you $181,saying when you return the product you have you will get a refund.They give you the address of FBK to send it to,but there is no refund,since FBK has no knowledge of this.
They do send you the Septic Magic product,but looking at the other reports,it doesn't work.
After talking to FBK,they think Septic Magic is disgrunteled ex-employees of FBK.
One of the problems is when Septic Magic calls you it shows up as FBK on the caller ID.

My name is Paul Krause and I'm the owner of AP Products in Northern Califonia. For almost 20 years we have owned the legal Trademark for "Septic Magic". Our product Septic Magic has been sold only in Catalogs or direct on our web site www.aproductshome.com or www.septicmagic.com. We have been in business since 1997 with and outstanding reputation for selling qaultiy products with great service from a family ownded business. We have NEVER done any type of telemarketing for any of our products. Our product Septic Magic has always been in a liquid form or our newer solid tablet form and has NEVER been in powdered form. A few years back there were several companies doing a telemarketing scam going by the name Septic Magic Inc or using the name FBK Products. In no way shape or form were we affiliated with any of these companies or scammers. If you you Google FBK products out of Florida you can see back in 2013 they were prosecuted on Federal charges for conspiracy to commit fraud. These companies for many years clearly illegally infringed on our trade name Septic Magic and gave our product Septic Magic a bad name. I can assure for many years we have had a strong following of our product Septic Magic (Liquid Form)with many testimonials for the product and are outstanding service.
