Serra Honda Serra Automotive Group Ripoff on used car birmingham Alabama

My son purchased a 2003 Jeep Cherokee from Serra Honda in October 2013.  He is disabled and on a limited income, so his vechile must be dependable.  He was given a Autocheck Vehicle History, showing a score of 81.  He paid full if not over book, but he was disperate for a car since his other car when hit and totaled by someone with no insurance.  In the 9 months since he purchased this vechile from Serra Honda, he has had about $3000.00 in numerous repairs.  Shortly after he got the vehicle he had to put tires, brakes front and rear and a front end alignment. Then it seems to continue to fall apart. Replaced air-gas regulator sensor, power steering high pressure line, raditor hoses, air conditioning serviced and recharged due to a leak, transmission auto cluct replaced and the drivers seat bracket has broken three time.  I understand you buy a used vechile with no warranty, but it shouldn't fall apart as soon as you drive it off the lot............
