Services Unlimited Plus ripoff scam Glendale Arizona

Services Unlimited Plus Offered to give discount on magazine subscriptions ripped off and scammed Glendale Arizona ....

One night my roommate and I were just hanging out at home when this guy came to our door claiming he was going to UW and was trying to sell magazines to earn a trip to London to study communications there.

I was a little bit leary about the whole thing, but my roommate was all about it (even calling her boyfriend to come and get subscriptions too). I finally gave in, since I used to sell magazine subsrciptions when I was in school (all of which were ligit).

The young man named Victor, said he was only 5 subscriptions away from his trip to London. I got one and my roommate got 3. She paid cash, I paid with a check.

He gave us each a receipt and a note saying:

"Victor's rockin' don't come knockin'."

He gave us that note to put on our door, because his partners were going around our apartment complex selling magazine subscriptions too. We didn't put anything on the door and sure enough, another kid came buy.

I told that kid that Victor was already here and we have all the magazines we need.

Well time has gone by (four months to be exact) and no magazines. My roommate has since moved out on bad terms, and so I don't know if she ever received her magazines, I seriously doubt it.

The sad thing is about two days after that kid came by I saw a consumer report on the news about a company that was ripping people off with magazine subscriptions.

I don't know if it was the same company or not, because I didn't think anything about it until I realized, I'm never getting my magazines.

Oh well, I'm sorry that so many people got ripped off, but I'm glad I wasn't the only one.
