Two weeks later I get a debit from my checking account for $89.92. I did not authorize this amount and I attempted to get that returned to me and I was denied because I'd gone after the 15 day trial!  I ordered the cream I believe online. Saying $4.99 was the total For shipping, no charge for the product. A few days ago I noticed $89.92 was taken out of my account. I called the number 877-202-1728 that was listed on the transaction. The rep named Cesar was very rude!!!!! He said that I signed up for a trial and it's my fault for not reading and understanding the rules. He said he was with a company called Customer Care and they were not associated with SES solely that they represented many companies. I wanted to report him as well as he was very rude and uncaring! I am not getting my money refunded which is such a lousy business practice and I would love to be involved in charges brought against them!!!!
