Today, 10 November 2017, I placed an order on line to Cerebral X for a trial or the product. Then my bank sent me a message that an attempt to withdraw $6.95 at sexyherbdiet from my card had been received. I searched the internet for this place and it came up with very little except a u-tube, which I have referenced. I told my bank this is fraud. The bank advised me to talk to someone at Cerebral X, which I did and they knew nothing about this transaction.
I got an e-mail from Cerebral X "ORDER CONFIRMATION Hello Bettye, Thank you for placing your order with Phenom Health. If at any time you have questions about your order, we're always here to help. Call us toll-free at 1-888-963-8460, or email us at support@phenomhealth.com.
Customer service: 1-888-963-8460 Email: support@phenomhealth.com" A short time later I received a call from Phenom Reward Program and an e-mail "We've filled this program with great benefits, rewards, services, and bonuses designed to get you amazing savings and amazing results... starting with a $100 Product Reward Coupon, which you can redeem today! " "If at any time you have questions about the Phenom Health Rewards Program, we're always here to help. Call us toll-free at +1-844-518-3496, or email us at support@phenomhealth.com"....NONE OF THIS WAS ABOUT THE "SEXYHERBDIET"..... STILL LOOKING FOR THE SOURCE OF THIS TRANSACTION!!!!

I tried to order cebreal X the site also forced me to order a vtiamin I did not want. The following day this address showed up charging me 6.95. Also, that day I was charged 4.95 from Horizon Body. I found out today these are the same business. So they were charging me twice for shipping. This is subscription so a few days after you order they charge you 84.71 The full price for the 30 pills. Which is ridicules As soon as I found out it is a subscription ( Dec 5) I canceled the order. On Dec.14 they charged me the full price for the product which I had canceled. I then received the product on Dec. 19. so I called again. Told them I had canceled It 2 weeks earlier. Of course they have no record of that, probably because it hadn't been long enough so they could over charge me for the junk. They will not let you send it back the only thing they do is give you a 25% refund ($21.18) so it still costs you over $60. I am very upset with this situation.
