The User "MSOD" is Michael Sodeifi and he identified himself directly in his idiotic attacks in his first couple of "reports" attempting to draw attention away from improprieties at his clinic, perjury, and repeated malicious abuse of process in which he spent $190,000 in legal fees and expenses and LOST all cases.

"MSOD" then began to refer to himself (Michael Sodeifi) as a "third person" in his latest defamatory attacks attempting to cover up a crime, malpractice, and cover ups. "MSOD" (AKA Michael Sodeifi) has been repeatedly warned against further harrassment and defamation and a judge in Solano Court (Edwin Power) put him on notice by suggesting that Omid Fanaian file a restraining order against Sodeifi to stop further harassment and meddling.

Omid Fanaian is not a party to this ripoff report nor any other defamatory report listed by Michael Sodeifi (MSOD). Mr. Sodeifi is simply trying to pin his clinic's malpractice and other family issues on others.

Mr. Sodeifi has a long history of meddling in the affairs of others through harassment and interference and he has turned it into a formula as is evident here.

Also the other people named here by Mr. Sodeifi want nothing to do with his defamation either.

SLANDEROUS FALSE INFORMATION POSTED BY MICHAEL SODEIFI AND NIKTA JANATI 

Isn't it interesting that Nikta Janati noticed a ripoff report about her cousin Michael Sodeifi only a couple of days after a permanent restraining order was attained against her for violence and murder conspiracy against her husband in Nevada on February 19, 2015?

These Fraudulent slanderous rip off reports were initiated by Michael Alireza Sodeifi and his cousin Nikta Janati after she was caught trying to set up an armed confrontation against her husband, Omid Fanaian, in Nevada for which Joshua Warzecha (a military person) was conveniently brought into Mr. Fanaian's home as Mrs. Janati's boyfriend with 4 guns, while Fanaian was away on a trip.

Shortly before Mrs. Janati's planned violent confrontation which, fortunately was busted before it was executed, she had set up a confrontation between her cousin Mr. Michael Sodeifi and Omid Fanaian where Sodeifi called Mr. Fanaian "out of the blue" and started making bizzare threats on January 16, 2015. Mr Sodeif initially LIED to the court about the nature of this call and denied recording it (which he was) but he was forced to withdraw from his lies after he realized the conversation was recorded at BOTH ENDS and a second recording was available as well as other calls between Janati and her husband.

FACTS:

These events all started after Mr. Sodeifi received a Cease and Desist letter in January 2015 when he made that bizarre phone call  to Janati's estraged husband threatening him with Online Defamation and harrassment of his employers for no reason given.

Mr. Michael Sodeifi is an investor in an earlier lawsuit by Mrs. Janati against her former school, the University of Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV) after she was caught cheating in school as well as defaming the school staff online, and he quickly jumped in and started making malicious, slanderous and false statements on Ripoff REport and later to courts in 2 states. Mr. Sodeifi was later forced to admit in court that he:

(1) Lied about being Nikta's doctor and was forced to admit he is not qualified for such a task in court

(2) Obstructed justice in a murder conspiracy investigation. He is not a party to that case and was simply trying to jump in to confuse both police and courts in their investigation in Nevada of his cousin, with his blatant lies.

Mr. Sodeifi's statements are 100% false.

MR. SODIEFI WAS REFERED TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE FRAUD AND PERJURY. 

Dr. Sodeifi was trying to cover up a crime by spreading defamatory lies online and he also admitted in court that he contacted Las Vegas Police attempting to obstruct justice for his cousin's financially motivated murder plot.

Sodeifi LIED about the existance of a 'restraining order' against Mr. Omid Fanaian issued to Nikta Janati. He even dressed it up saying "IT WAS SERVED ON HIM IN SANTA CLARA". The fraudulent restraining order attempt against Fanaian was DENIED in all 5 attempts in 2 states. The first 4 denials in Nevada occurred without a hearing because they were so ridiculous. After the first 4 failed attempts, Mr. Micheal Sodeifi then helped create a NEW fraudulent restraining order in March 2015 in California this time which was also DENIED by the court yet again. PROOF OF THIS WILL BE PROVIDED. Mr. Sodeifi, nevertheless used his FAILED ATTEMPT at a restraining order against Fanaian to defame and maliciously obstruct justice in a murder conspiracy and mail theft investigation in Nevada.

The only restraining order in place is against NIKTA JANATI for domestic violence and conspiring to murder her husband with the help of Joshua Warzecha, after making up stories about Fanaian to convince Mr. Warzecha that violence was needed. Her motives were financial.

The restraining order was made permanent against Nikta Janati on February 19, 2015.  

Dr. Sodieifi was determined to turn his LIE about a non-existent restraining order against Fanaian into a 'fact' as he later attempted to attain a FRAUDULENT restraining order which was again DENIED by the court in California in its ENTIRETY after Mr. Sodeifi was politely told what an IDIOT he is for making such a blatantly fraudulent RO request following 1 year of litigation in court in california designed to draw Fanaian away from litigation in Nevada and defame him to justify Mr. Sodeifi's cousin's murder conspiracy.

Mr. Sodeifi's attorneys were given proof that his allegation were LIES but decided to pursue the matter anyway (because they will do anything for money). Initially Mr John Houston Scott of Scott Law Firm in San Francisco represented Sodeifi.
Mr. John Scott was later joined by Greenfield Harrington law firm in San Jose.

Mrs. Maureen Harrington's statements to the paid news articles by Fairfield's Daily Republic newspaper are also FRAUDULENT and FALSE regarding a "mutual restraining order" in Nevada. Mrs. Harrington has NO LAW LICENSE TO PRACTICE IN NEVADA, and she DOES NOT REPRESENT MRS. NIKTA JANATI (Sodeifi's cousin) in Nevada
Mrs. Harrington has no authority to speak about a case in another state that she is not retained for. The Fairfield newspaper "DAILY REPUBLIC" was paid by Sodeifi to publish false, defamatory information as implied by the editor.

Mrs. Harrington and Mr. John H. Scott LOST the fraudulent court cases they represented Dr. Alireza Michael Sodeifi for IN THEIR ENTIRETY. Mrs. Harrington had been warned months earlier regarding pursuing Dr. Sodeifi's lawsuits and restraining order requests as they were so obviously fraudulent as shown by evidence presented to Mrs. Harrington months earlier. Most honest attorneys would have fired their clients after being presented with such evidence, but Mrs. Harrington decided to continue to milk her client as the real purpose of this litigation was to obstruct justice, restraining order hearings and divorce proceedings against Mrs. Nikta Janati, Sodeifi's cousin, in Nevada.

Nevertheless Dr. Sodeifi and his attorneys decided to turn the California Courts into their own personal Joke and waste the court's time in order to obstruct justice in his cousin's suspected conspiracy to commit murder in Nevada.

After losing his fraudulent lawsuits against Mr. Fanaian, Mr Fanaian was given (by Judge Ediwn Power) the option of attaining a restraining order against Mr. Sodeifi and also file a motion to collect court-related costs due to Sodeifi's Fraud and Abuse of process. The courts are a joke to Mr. Sodeifi and he simply sees them as a toy to use to fulfill his criminal and financial goals in suing Nevada tax payers for his cousin cheating in school.

Other facts: Mr. Michael Sodeifi used his abuse of the courts in California to help his cousin cover up crimes and also use Nevada Family courts to commit GRAND LARCENY of Omid Fanaian's house and bank account by blatantly lying to Nevada courts (in Fanaian's absence) about Mr. Fanaian's mortgage-free house being purchased after his marriage to Nikta Janati in order to steal Fanaian's house in Nevada using a sleazy paralegal and lawyer in that state. (this was was one of several attempts at grand larceny assisted by Dr. Sodeifi which needed much litigation to reverse, as Mr. Fanaian was deliberately drawn to California by Mr. Sodeifi's fraud and futile 2 year-long abuse of the courts in that state simultaneous to divorce and restraining order hearings against his cousin Nikta in Nevada)

Ask yourself, Would you go to a dentist that lies through his teeth, willingly abuses the courts, and produces forged documents like this simply for financial gain and to cover up crimes? Keep in mind that Mr. Sodeifi's cousin was caught CHEATING AND ONLINE SLANDERING the UNLV dental school staff and was expelled. He is financing her frivolous lawsuit against her former school in hopes of winning 'millions of dollars' as his nest egg and will commit any act of fraud and perjury to achieve his goal even if his lies and forgeries can be so easily disproven and DISMISSED by the courts in their entirety. What does that tell you about Dr. Sodeifi?

NEVADA CHRONICLE    It's a storyline that reads like a made-for-TV movie. Two weeks ago, the Review Journal reported that disgraced UNLV student Nikta Janati who was either temporarily or permanently expelled from school for academic dishonesty in late 2013, is filing a lawsuit against the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Janati's attorney for the case claims that she attempted suicide as a direct result of her ordeal of being found guilty of cheating. Janati was subsequently taken to rehab after emergency treatment in November 2013.  But as it turns out, there is a plot within a plot here, and a very convoluted one at that.

Last week, Janati's estranged husband Omid Fanaian, whom according to Clark County court records filed for divorce last February, had shed light on a series of remarkable new revelations on the case of Nikta Janati.   Court records filed here in Nevada as well as 500 miles away in  California reveal that, months before filing her discrimination lawsuit against UNLV, Janati had been placed under restraining order here in Clark County for "Suspected conspiracy to commit murder" as well as domestic violence against her husband. The restraining order, which had been granted in late January, was again heard in court last February 19 by Judge William Croft whence he determined that it will stay in effect until later hearing dates scheduled in May. The order for Janati to stay at least 100 yards away from Fanaian was subsequently extended again until late September 2015 by the same court. As a result, Janati has been living at another address in Las Vegas with a named boyfriend since January.

The previous night, Fanaian says he arrived home from the airport and found evidence of an extramarital affair and of conspiracy to commit murder shortly before  Janati and a [second] boyfriend, Joshua Warzecha arrived at the house.

Fanaian's depositions in Nevada, and more recently in California, suggest that Janati had entered a phase of mental illness after her post-expulsion suicide attempt, followed by repeated acts of "verbal and physical abuse" from Janati in which he was a victim.  He describes a situation in which he was trapped in an abusive relationship where suggestions of divorce would result in him receiving "bizarre" text messages from Janati containing pictures of "knives or bottles of prescription drugs". "It was a very frustrating situation to be in because I was in California at the time, and Nikta was in Las Vegas because of the lawsuit she was planning against her former school", says Fanaian.

So what exactly happened that drove Fanaian to attain a restraining order against his wife in the first place?  To understand this, let's rewind back to mid-January of this year. Fanaian says he arrived home in Las Vegas to find a loaded gun with over 30 hollow-point bullets and an extended magazine sitting on the table. In his deposition to Solano court he said:

 "As luck would have it, Janati appears to have forgotten that I was returning to Las Vegas on January 23, 2015. The timing of my arrival home saved my life. Neither Janati nor her new boyfriend, [Joshua] Warzecha, was home when I arrived. The Glock 19 gun was sitting, fully loaded and ready to fire with an inserted 33 bullet magazine in plain sight on our dining room table when I first discovered it." 

Minutes later, Fanaian said a strange man entered his house and immediately "darted" back out as soon as he heard Fanaian coming down the stairs. Janati was just getting out of [the man's] car as Fanaian followed the man and asked him what was going on.  He says later research shows that Janati had spent weeks on the Internet " looking for gun enthusiasts from various dating sites and chat rooms". He says he is convinced it was a conspiracy to commit murder, for this and other reasons not yet disclosed and under investigation by Las Vegas Metro police.

Fanaian says he was not aware of Janati's extramarital affairs up to that night. He says he later learned of a second extramarital affair, apparently at the same time as the Warzecha affair, with a UNLV Cardiology intern doctor who was helping Janati come up with evidence for her expulsion and personal injury case against UNLV.  He believes that Janati's interest in Warzecha was solely because "[Warzecha] was into guns".  According to Fanaian: "Nikta was studying the case of Travis Alexander who was murdered by his wife after she attempted to fabricate evidence of 'spousal abuse'. [Janati] was using this case as a blueprint for her agendas against me."

It is not clear whether any arrests were made by Las Vegas Metro Police on January 23th, 2015 or any time there after that date. Fanaian's deposition states that he photographed the gun and later discovered that it was an "illegal unregistered firearm" that was brought into his home by Janati's new boyfriend. 

Another excerpt from Fanaian's description of that night states 

"Janati, rather than apologizing or showing any remorse, became unrecognizable and exploded into a fit of continuous rage that night and on the following morning and repeatedly attacked me  between police visits while attempting to stab me with a long-blade knife she grabbed from the kitchen...

...[Janati] damaged my car with a pipe wrench while continuously trying to provoke me and often repeatedly screaming the same phrases 'You are recording this! You are recording this!'  or ' I want this house! I want this house!'. Warzecha left as soon as he found out I am in the house, and proclaimed to Janati (and Police) that night that he is breaking up with her for her lying to him about her owning of the house.  "

Court Video: Clark County Nevada, During February 19,2015 restraining order hearing against his wife Nikta Janati, Omid Fanaian presented evidence to court including pictures of his wife attacking him with a pipe wrench and then using it to damage his SUV. Janati initially claimed she saw him do it to his own car, but after being confronted by Judge Croft, she changed her testimony. Janati is cousin of Michael Sodeifi.

 surprisingly, Janati and Fanaian's description of the night of January 23rd differ. He says she eventually got tired of screaming, appeared to run out of energy and even engaged in a normal conversation before collapsing on a bed in one of their bedrooms which gave him a chance to go upstairs and rest for the remainder of the night.  Whereas, she says she left the house that night and spent the night at "a friend's house". Fanaian says he can prove his side of the story because, after she "got tired of screaming and attacking", she was making phone calls from his house that night and he was ordered by Janati to stay quiet while she spoke to her parents on the phone as well as during other phone calls from Michael Sodeifi to which Fanaian says he was a witness. 

"Her mother called me earlier that night to find out what is going on and and I told her the police are over and they are inside my house because [Nikta] had brought in an illegal unregistered gun. Her parents quickly called Sodeifi and told him everything. She was furious at her parents that night because they called Michael Sodeifi. She obviously didn't want Sodeifi to know what had transpired. Before collapsing on a bed at my house she turned to me and made a 'shush' gesture as she screamed Persian vulgarities at her parents for notifying Sodeifi about what she had done. I was affraid for my life and complied."

Later depositions from Fanaian claim that Janati, after repeated phone calls to Warzecha on January 23rd and 24th, convinced him to reconcile and then she moved in with him either shortly before or shortly after a restraining order was issued against her by a Clark County court in late January. Fanaian says there was also much panic on Warzecha's part on the night of January 23rd because he walked back into the neighborhood where Fanaian's house was and attempted to explain to police that "he was just about to register the [illegal] firearm".

As for the motive for bringing a gun into his house,  Fanaian says to his surprise, her former attorney Chris Carr claimed that it was brought into the house by Janati and her new friend specifically to be used against him. "I was shocked to hear him admit that in court, on record.." says Fanaian. "I would have thought they would claim that it was for recreational target practice or simply for protection against a possible robbery...".  Fanaian says he has attempted to find out how the police intend to handle the case and that police told him that Janati is going to attempt to justify her actions by possibly claiming 'domestic violence' as the motive for bringing a gun into the house. 

Court records also show Janati attempted to attain restraining orders against Fanaian. Her first request, filed last January, was denied by the court. Court transcripts show that Judge William Croft ultimately rejected her request without a hearing, later stating that there was "No threat of violence perceived",  on the same day that he approved Fanaian's order against Janati to be extended.  Fanaian says her attempt at attaining a restraining order was a "tit for tat response" to his restraining order request which she repeated again in February right after the order against her was extended. Fanaian says her new request contradicted her original request with "fanciful acts of perjury as well as forged text messages and phone records of calls allegedly from [Fanaian] as well as doctored photographs created by Janati and her cousin Michael Alireza Sodeifi", which the court again rejected without a hearing on March 26, 2015 according to records.

Fanaian's 17 page deposition in Solano California last week, which complements other depositions made in Clark County, Nevada  in January and February of this year, are not related to the existing restraining order against Janati.  Fanaian says the restraining order against Janati was a "major blow" to her UNLV case as it "tarnished the image her attorney was attempting to create of her in light of her upcoming UNLV lawsuit".

In his deposition to Solano court in California, Fanaian states "things became desperate for them [after a restraining order was granted against Janati]". Janati's San Francisco-based cousin Michael Alireza Sodeifi, whom according to Fanaian, is a financing her lawsuit against UNLV, stepped in again and first responded by making "false statements" to Clark County courts in an attempt to discredit Fanaian with "several acts of perjury".  Fanaian says they were using [Sodeifi's] reputation as a dentist to help "bolster" Janati and draw attention away from her "lack of credibility for making false statements to Clark County courts as well as her January conspiracy to commit murder".  Sodeifi's letter, submitted to Clark County court states concern over Janati ending up with a criminal record as a result of Fanaian's on-going testimony against her.

A month later, a new battle started brewing in late March in California, this time involving Janati's cousin Dr. Michael Sodeifi.  In late March, Sodeifi, whom Fanaian says he has had no contact with since last January after Sodeifi made a "threatening phone call" to Fanaian, filed a new request for a restraining order against Fanaian.  Fanaian says that Sodeifi has decided not to "dirty his hands" with the request, instead using his estranged wife Janati's "lies and countless acts of perjury" as a basis for his request. 

Fanaian's statements to the Solano court, regarding Sodeifi's restraining order request states that  "...unfortunately Janati has received a 'clean slate ' in California [where her] countless acts of perjury and forgery, already familiar to Nevada courts heard and rejected by multiple judges are yet unknown." 

Several hearings are scheduled involving Fanaian vs. Janati in Nevada as well as Sodeifi vs. Fanaian in California. Fanaian provides a list of Sodeifi's motives for filing a "bogus" restraining order request amongst which he says they include: 

"Scuttling and hampering my cases against Janati in Nevada. According to the docket, court dates being set [by  Janati's cousin Michael Sodeifi]  in Solano throughout April and May are deliberately matched within days to my upcoming court dates in Nevada against Janati. This has caused major problems for me in Nevada as I have been forced to abandon active litigation there in late April and early May, fly back to California to answer for their bogus accusations against me.", as well as:

"... it is absolutely imperative for both Janati and Sodeifi to attain a restraining order in a any way possible against me since it would certainly be later used as a 'trophy' to successfully defame and discredit me (both in court as well as publicly on the internet and news media) in their ongoing attempts to rescue her tarnished public image in light of her expulsion lawsuit against the University of Nevada, which had not been filed yet. In fact, the University case filing was put on hold, until immediately after Janati and Sodeifi had successfully defamed  me as a 'Criminal' on the internet and on news media through their defamation and fraud efforts against me."

In reference to the judge's temporary approval of what Fanaian calls [Sodeifi's] fraudulent restraining order request,  Fanaian's final deposition, as of mid-May reads:

"I also request the court to engage in damage control for unnecessarily and permanently damaging my reputation and name without a trial,  without a hearing, without evidence, and without testimony from a single credible witness. While such an action will never serve to repair the permanent damage already done especially via the media’s (and Sodeifi’s) republications of these acts of perjury as fact, I believe such action by the court is absolutely necessary."

As I had promised on my first rebuttal comment last night, I asked Nikta to email me an affidavit as evidence of her discussion with me previously.

She has been concerned that Mr. Fanaian is very skilled on computer and the Internet in being malicious and performing cybercrime without leaving easily discoverable tracks.  She has been worried that he may Photoshop fake photos of her in nude and spread it on the Internet to damage her.  Nikta has been searching the Internet for her name and my name and hence she came across this report last night.

She has discussed this with me on several occasions in past including a case when Mr. Fanaian bragged about a retaliation against one of his previous employers.  He showed Nikta posting on the Ripoffreport.com including the photo of the individual.  He bragged on how he had destroyed his business and will continue this aginst his childern just for the "joy" of it.  Nikta remembers the face of the person on the photo but does not remember the name of the individual and the company.

Prior to this report actually being posted by Mr. Fanaian against me, I communicated with Nikta's attorney and brought up this concern to him as well.  We even discussed the "Ripoffreport" case specifically.

To the person who was subjected to a false Ripoffreport by Mr. Fanaian.  Please communicate with us and we will place you in touch with our attorney.  If you have ever filed a complaint with FBI, but FBI could not produce evidence then please contact us.

This is a fake and damaging report by Mr. Omid Fanaian.   He has never been in any of my practices.   He has never been a patient of my record.   His grief with me is because I have financially helped my cousin, Nikta Janati.   He is married to my cousin.   My cousin has been a victim of domestic abuse by Mr. Fanaian.    She found herself to be out of resources  and in desperate situation. She feels that he has married her to obtain a legal status (green card) in the United States.    As a physician, I have taken photographs  of Nikta's body with bruises which were caused by his action.

As a note prior to this recent report against me on ripoff,  he had bragged to my cousin on how he was able to take down another business by going on this particular websites and other websites to slander and generate online adverse effect.   According to my cousin he also braged that FBI  showed up at his house to question him but they could not prove it.   I do not know the validity of the FBI story.   However, he has computer skills with hacking capabilities.

I just became aware of this report tonight when Nikta Janati called me at 9:53 PM to inform me she was searching and came across this report against me. At 9:55 PM she forwarded the link to me showing this website. I have asked her to email me a detailed information regarding Mr. Fanaian's previous conversation with her about using this website maliciously the past.

Once Nikta sends me an email  I will post it on this website.   After that I plan to go silent as I will start my legal actions. 

in addition, I plan to leave no stones unturned legally with the help of my attorneys and all government agencies to take appropriate actions against these false allegations.    My cousin,  has already obtained a protection order against him in the state of Nevada which has also been served to him in Santa Clara County California. I have been also named in the protection order signed by the judge for him to stay away from me. She asked the judge for my name to be added given that he had made threats against me and my family to Nikta.

I will be  communicating with ripoffreport to inform them of the situation on hand as well.
