Placed an order with this company on March 10, 2010 for roughly $2,000 worth of merchandise. 20% of product came with wrong configuration and sizing. When I contacted the seller, I was told it would be replaced at their cost and shipped with the rest of my order.
On May 12th, 2010 I received an email stating that the remaining goods had been shipped and that a tracking number would be furnished two days later. No tracking number, no goods.
Got an email from a "separate person" at the same email address saying that it was a miscommunication on Wednesday June 30, 2010 and despite several replies to that message, no word on remaining goods, no communication at all.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are fraudulent and know how to work the system.
