Sharon Warden Account Cash Advance Account Cash Advance I got a letter from this Sharon Warden stating I owe $830.20 if I didnt pay $390.20 to settle on that day only they would take me to court with Law suit of $6300.00 Internet

I received the same email, stating that i owe $830.20 to some cash advance company and if that day I received the email I pay $390.20 I could settle the account if I don't then they would take me to court with a Lawsuit of $6300.00. So I called Sharon Warden and left a message twice and replied back to the email that was sent to me. She did call me back saying that I had a loan sometime in 2013, I asked for her to send me the paper work for the simple fact that I knew I didn't use any Cash Advance company for anything but maybe some one had got ahold of my SSN which she had, she said no either I pay or hire a lawyer, I told her that I wasn't going to do either of those things and she said fine then we take you to court your SSN xxx-xx-xxxx and she had said the name of my bank but she had read the numbers so fast I wasn't sure if it had matched mine or not, She said that she was going to freeze my bank account and tell my employer and to call back with a lawyer and she abruptly hung up, I called my bank and the lady said that places like that just do say things to scare you into paying and I looked at my bank statements from 2012-2013 and there was no type of deposit from any kind of Cash Advance company, I called her back and left her a message telling her if she called me or emailed again I would take her to court. I got the email on 6/12/14 but I didn't read it until 6/15/14 and I called her first thing this morning 6/16/14. She tried to scam the wrong person cause i would never use any type of Cash Advance company for any type of loan but It still scare me that she had my SSN.
