Attorney Shaun Smith sent me an email this morning informing me that I was going to be sued for a Pay Day Loan. The email looked official, but I knew it was a fraud.
In searching reports online here, I discovered that the exact same email was sent to several people. Exact same wording, case number and title and court.
I reuested a copy of all the supposed paperwork from them and I haven't heard back from them. The person sending the email is from janelleharris030@gmail.com and not Shaun Smith, Attoreny. If you do an internet search on Shaun Smith's name you find out that he is a scam artist.
Do not fall victim to this scam.
