Shelley Krohn destroyed my credit.
In mid 2009 I called Ms. Shelley Krohn for advice to determine if I should file bankruptcy. Ms. Krohn told me filing chapter 7 was the best thing I could do for my credit. Krohn took a retainer of $2500 and proceeded to encourage me to file false documents with the court. I refused and wanted to terminate the relationship. Krohn decided not to provide a refund for the time, which we didnt use, which amounted to $1500. She said weak people like you make me sick. Krohn went further by saying the system is there to be ripped off.
I have filed a complaint with the Nevada bar association and also have received a small claims judgment, which Krohn refuses to honor. My next step is to bring her to small claims debt review. Shelley Krohn should not be allowed to practice law in the state of Nevada. If you are looking for a bankruptcy lawyer, avoid Shelley Krohn like the plague.

There is nothing I hate more than people that hide behind anonymous complaint systems like this. First of all, if you have a problem with me, have the backbone to talk to me face-to-face. Second, I do not have any grievances or complaints at the State Bar. That is a matter of public record that is easily verified with a phone call. Third, there is no judgment, small claims or otherwise, against me. If there is, then I welcome "anonymous" to provide a copy of it to me along with the alleged State Bar complaint. As to the allegations that I said the "system is there to be ripped off" and that I "encouraged them to file false documents" etc., I won't even dignify those with an answer. Anyone that knows me would find those statements laughable. What a joke.
