Well Shocker Toys in your own words you dared me to report you to whoever I wish. So I took you up on it. BBB first, FTC second and Ripoff Report now! And I'm just getting started!
I paid for three figures on June 14 2010 from Shocker Toys via their website.
Mucus Tick $27.00
Barry Allan Tick $30.00
The Blank $30.00
I paid a total of $87.00 including individual shipping for each figure. I was told the figures would ship within 2 weeks of SDCC 2010. I have this information documented as well as my paypal receipt and all relevant emails to
and from Shocker Toys.
In mid 2011 they finally shipped ONE of the three figures I paid for to me: Mucus Tick. However, the figure arrived damaged and I contacted customer service about this issue multiple times. They told me to send them a picture of the damaged product and they would issue a replacement. I sent the picture multiple times each time I was asked and each time I received nothing for my trouble.
I was told I could request a refund at any time I got tired of waiting for them to ship my figures. On Oct 8 2011 I did request a refund. I had not received a replacement for the damaged Mucus Tick figure and no word on when or if the other two figures would ship. I requested a full refund. I was told through email (which again I have on file) that I would receive a refund within 30 days.
Here we are months later and still nothing. That last contact that I got from the company is when I told them if I did not receive a refund I would begin to report them to various agencies. I was told to report them to whoever I wish and they stopped communication at that point.
I have had my account deleted 3 times from their websites forums for bringing this matter to light. Once I was banned I began to get emails from other customers of Shocker Toys who received similar treatment. I demand a full refund of $87.00 from Shocker Toys. This has gone on for nearly two years and that is quite long enough.

Normally you are right with the 90 days thing. But not in this case. I was told there was a delay getting these figures produced and I could have a refund at any time while I waited.
I wasn't the only one told this. Everyone who ordered from the same set of figures was told the same. I have all the emails from Shocker Toys to prove it.
I'm not the only one this is happening to. It's everyone who ordered. And I was told I would have a refund months ago. Now the customer service is MIA.
I posted on their forums asking where my refund was and they just gave a cookie cutter response about it coming in 30 days of me asking for it (when it was already months after) and then they deleted my account.
They deleted my account twice. Since I had to recreate it to ask them again for my refund. I'm on my third account now and still no refund. They just keep saying it's coming in 30 days. I asked for it on OCT 3 2011

Did yuo seriously wait a year and a half for a company to ship you something before asling for a refund?
You are not likely to get a refund from any company at this point. You typically only have 90 days to dispute any charged with a credit card, bank, paypal, etc. Being as is now january of 2012, that money is long gone. The only way you could see that money is if you took this company to small claims court.
