Shoe22.com ripoff, scam Clifton New Jersey

I placed an order at shoe22 on March 10th, 2005 for two pair of shoes. I wrote them a personal check in the total of $149.96 and sent it to the PO Box, 4 days later it was cashed. After 2 weeks of not receiving my order I contacted them by e-mail. They responed by saying check orders take a little longer to process. So a month passed, I e-mailed them again, still no responds.

It is now September and I have sent at least 8 e-mails to them asking for my shoes, my money, or at least a e-mail responds; still nothing. A world of advice to everyone out there, do not send them any of your money, its a scam. I am currently seeking legal help to solve this matter because no one deserves to get away with this.
