I orderd my boots 10/3/2011. It has been more than 1week. I don't receive track number for shipping. They describe;Shipping & Returns

Life is hard. Shoes should be easy. we want you to be happy with your purchases ,If it doesnt fit, please contact us, we will lead you through the painless return process.
I asked them about my order with e-mail many times. They don't respond at all. But they have already received my paymene by paypal. My accout is still processing. I have no iedea to contact them. I think this store is not real or don't exist.I really want them to return my paiment.I paid $33.59.They don't ship yet!! They just collect money by pay pal.
