SHOP STAR STYLE They stole my money! They only answered emails when threatened by moneybookers and even then they lied! Chicago Illinois

Shop Star Style stole my money! They took my money for an order, and then proceeded to ignore every email I sent them....and I sent many emails!! I turned to Moneybookers for help, as I sent the payment through them, and jmilner4@shaw.ca has an account with them. After moneybookers contacted 'shop star style', or J Milner, I finally, after months had passed, recieved one of the two items I ordered.

The item, a wallet, was of quite bad quality, and CLEARLY fake Chanel. I emailed for advice on returning the wallet, as shop star style's policy dictates, yet once again I got no reply.

Out of desperation, I found a Canadian address, for a Jennifer Milner, on the website.....it's an address the shop uses for people to send cheques to, I think. It was the only address I could find, so I returned the wallet, and sent ANOTHER email letting them know.

After moe time passed with no word from shop star style, I contacted moneybookers to help me again. This time, I recieved an email from "Jennifer Ross" saying that I would get my money back as soon as they could pay me, as their account was put on hold by moneybookers.That was the last I heard from them. I tried asking moneybookers for help again, but they decided, after saying they would do what they could, and that they needed time to investigate the case, blah blah blah, all of a sudden it was not their responsibility.

I can NOT believe a shop would go to such lengths to avoid paying back$150.00! I do A LOT of shopping on the internet, and I've NEVER been treated in this way before. I can't believe that they will get away with this! They have literally stolen from me.
