Shopping Tasks Inc Bogus cashiers check in the amount of $4998.00 payable to me for being a mystery shopper Winfred South Dakota

I received a cashier's check in the mail for $4998 payable to me for doing mystery shopping service for them, $300 would be mine to keep the rest would go to the "customers". I didn't call the number because I'm a nerd and liked to research these scams. I found one report already on Ripoff Report so out of curiosity, I searched the Internet for the Bank of Dudley to see if it was a valid bank. It is a valid bank and on the website is an alert that this is a phishing scam. The Bank of Dudley website is http://www.bankofdudley.com/ . I hope everyone thinks before they try to deposit these phony checks! It's awful that a company would devise a scam like this when many people may not think twice about cashing the check. Consumer beware!
