she took money and photos of our ball team in june of 2012 and it is now september and she has moved to Pensylvania without giving us our photos. she claims that she cannot send our photos because she cant afford to.... she did this to a ton of other ppl and they all were trying to contact her through fb. she deletes our posts. she had disconnected her phone but now conveinently has posted a new one. please be aware that with this woman u may never see your photos she is a terrible business woman!!!! she took our money to move!!!! she does not correspond with you well and when she does its all lies. then she tells u that u are taking away from her children expecting your pictures. b/c it is more important for them to eat. but the part she is leaving off is that she spent our money to move to pensylvania to be with a man that she met on the internet. she took our money for our services and used it to move instead of to produce our photos. she did this to a ton of teams in our area and im sure some individuals as well. it is very obnoxious to deal with her b/c she just does not care that she has gotten your money and not produced the product i mean june to september is more than enough time to get us our photos. we spent months being patient and understanding of her circumstances but when she keeps lying over and over about when we will receive them we have lost all patience with her.. this is just rediculous!!!!!

I am still waiting on the pictures. I have talked to you 2 times via facebook and we have had conversations, you promised that pics were in the mail. I have even asked for a tracking number. Yet you told me it was somewhere in your house. That was over a week ago. I am done playing games. You have my contact info, so you need to contact all parties involved in this sitiuation. Why don't you do what you say you are going to do. You have all these happy clients, why must you choose to pick on Little girls softball team. O, you say your not picking on them, well give them their pictures. They want to give them to their grandparents, friends, family, and teachers, but can they? NO! You have yet to produce our products.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS! MAY OR MAY NOT RECIEVE HARD PHOTOS!!!

I have been trying to reach your number you have posted above. It say every time I call this customer is not excepting calls at this time. Would you like to explain? You told our parent contact that you would mail on monday sept. 17th 2012. If no reply I will assume this is a breach of a contract. I will move forward on this matter. You still have not called, emailed, or texted all parents. Contact James McCullough by Friday 9-21-2012 6PM, or futher action will be taken.
To all future clients BEWARE will take money and might or might not get hard copies of your photo's!

My family and I had Vickie take photographs of us and we were very impressed with her and her work. This is why we chose her to take our photographs in the first place. It was easy and delightful to correspond with her to set up and get prices for our session and to get our photographs from her. I also need to state we had our pictures done and got them back from her without any problems right before she moved. I understand not everyone is satisfied with someone when they own such a personal business and I am sure Vickie has done her best to remedy the situation. I DO NOT believe a complaint against her business should EVER include infomation about her personal life, it IS NOT appropriate. I hope not everyone who sees her beautiful professional work will not be discouraged to use her services due to one person's dissatisfaction. We would have her photograph for us again and plan to for our wedding.

Your phone may have been in your hand today, but what about when we have called and no response. You took money from people for a set amount in exchange for goods/services. You as a business woman should keep records of clients, and should contact each one if there is a problem at hand. Yet you did not do. I, we should not have to contact you for our orders. It is your duty to contact the proper clients with each problem, because you took money in trade for goods/services. Yet again you did not do as you should have. We had to contact you, and got the run around. We were understanding for the entire time.
Until you kept on and on. On saturday of last week we had had enough. Period.
I have not used slander nor have I tried to ruin your business. I how ever did tell my experience dealing with your business. You did get clients shoots done after our shoot and hard copies to them before you moved. This is a fact. We have not recieved hard copies of our order as of yet. Photo shoot was in June 2012.
As for there not being facts well... The main fact is that we have not recieved our pictures since June 2012. We chose you because of the great people person you are. Your pics are the best. The reason we came to you. How ever we did not want our pictures this winter.
As for me I have tried to contact you in a proper business way. I got no reply. I posted on your facebook wall for you to call the Head Coach with phone number. I sent you messages with all info. Then after no response I am upset, because I have no clue whats going on.
You have everyone's contact info (or should any way). Yet no call to each client.

I've known vickie brewer of Shutterbugz photography for 4 years shes a wonderful photographer very true to her work she has even taken professional pics of myself and they have turned out wonderful. To the person who came up with this lie it is not true i have other friends who have used vickie brewer and they too will tell you that she's a honest ,hard-working, very very trustworthy person shes not a theif nor is she a fraud her work speaks for herself as well as her clients just ask her clients they'll tell you what a Awesome hard-working photographer that she is.
I'd definitely recoomend her to anyone whos looking to have some professional pictures taken.

Sounds to me Like the person who wrote this report expects WAY more than what they are supposed to receive. Spreading lies about this company is not going to help you in any way. Nowhere in your report did I see one fact that can be proved. If I were you I would keep my mouth shut and stop slandering a reputable business such as this. I have seen nothing but professionalism from this owner. Gather FACTS next time you want to try an ruin someone's business.

I contacted you my self many times. I posted on your facebook wall many times. I even sent you messages, and called Kera and she said she didn't know anything about any pictures for us, and that we needed to call Vicki. I did just that, and number was no good. Could have been from moving. Who knows or cares. It's her responsibility to contact clients in person, email, facebook, and ect.
I understand hard times, and we as Americians should stand up for the little People of the business world. We did that and gave you our business, and you failed to produce any hard product as of yet. (Since June of 2012) We did not make last min. apts. We gave you a month in advance for notice.
You also shot and produced hard copies to other clients after you shot us, and as she said on here she recieved them before you had moved. Guess they were more important than our group. Maybe a few others as well. Again I messaged, texted, & facebooked you several times with no response.
I am by no means saying you dont take great pics, just your business ethics are for the birds.
And once again, I still have not recieved a call from you. I do how ever have a team dad taking charge and for some reason she will email, him and one other. Now that this issue is on the table you want to hurry and mail pics by Monday. We have given you ample time for this small project. We are just fed up with this mess.

I am the owner of Shutterbugz Photography, Vickie Brewer. I would like to let the person know that posted this, that not only did you just spread a bunch of rumors and false accusations about my company.. but you have endangered the lives of my family and my child, by disclosing my personal home address. I can tell you this-- AGAIN-- I am sorry for the lengthy time it has taken for you to receive your photos.. however, if I am not mistaking you did get them in an email, as well as on facebook, and they are shipping out to you on Monday.
As for why I moved or how I moved... that is none of your business, nor does it pertain to anything that you have to complain about. I have always stood by my services, my talent, and my reputation. I am sorry that you feel the need to publicly slander me.. or my business. I can only do what I can do. Which is my best.
Now to address all of the accusations thrown out there.. Yes I did move to Pennsylvania, the money I used to move here on is no one's business, however I will state that not one penny that I MADE from the softball team in question was used to move here on... unless of course they actually spent $4000 and I can assure you they did not. Yes my phone was turned off and new number was posted. I think that usually happens when someone moves 1200 miles away. I did not relocate to Pennsylvania because I met a man on the internet... I relocated because I needed a change, I did not like the schools in Cabot, and I have family here. Again, no one's business but mine!! As for me doing this to a ton of teams... that is really strange, when did 2 teams constitute a ton?? Yes that is correct only two teams are left to ship that is all. And these would be the two teams that I fit in at the last minute, had to split the shoots up to accommodate everyone's demanding schedules. This team in particular was shot on three (3) separate days. Which meant that I was making special arrangements and taking time away from my family, 3 separate times to accommodate you. I may be slow but I am thorough and accurate. My work is superior to any other sports photographer out there.
I find it absurd and ridiculous that I have to wake up to these kinds of accusations. If you want to say bad things about my business that is one thing, if you want to say bad things about how things were handled fine. But to put rumors on here that try to make me look like some crazed love sick girl, is ludicrous. And to put my family in Arkansas, including my child, in danger because you publicly posted my home address is violating my rights to privacy and protection.

Never Had a Problem

I have used Shutterbugz both for professional shots of my work and for personal family photos.
Vickie Brewer was very patient with my daughter when she took her photos. They were professional, clear and some of the best photos we have ever had. She is clear with the dates and what we would be getting. We never had a problem getting ahold of her. She was very professional and I have suggested her to many of my friends and customers.
I have encountered customers in my line of work who have expectations of getting ahold of me late at night, during meal times, ect. People have to realize that everyone ends their work day and takes breaks. Just because a business is small does not mean that person is available 24/7.

I have been a loal customer of Shutterbugz for over 2 years. I have never had a complaint about the company or the photographer, Vickie Brewer. I have always gotten what I paid for or more and in a timely manner! I have referred many of my friends to Vickie and none of them have ever had a problem. My kids love working with her and she does amazing work at a resonable price! I did 2 major shoots with her within a month of her leaving (one shoot being a week before she left) and recieved all the pictures before she ever left the state!
And as for the personal information disclosed in the "complaint" that is no ones business, but to set the record straight she did not move to be with a guy she met of the internet. Check the facts; she has family there! As if it is anyones business why she moved anyway.
Vickie Brewer is a good, honest, caring, and compassionate business woman and mother. I will continue to use her for my photography needs and recommend her to anyone and everyone!

I have used Vickie several times for photographs and have never had any issues. She has always been very professional and does excellent work. I had a family session scheduled with her just a week before she moved and I was sent my pictures within a few weeks. She is a very hard working woman who not only manages her business, but also takes care of her children. As far as her moving to be with a man she met on the internet, that is her personal business and in no way does it effect her photography skills. I would highly recommend using Shutterbugz because not only is she very professional and understanding, but she has very reasonable pricing and is an amazing photographer.
