Shyanne Ching (wife of Larry Ching) is one nasty gal. As childcare coordinator at St. Andrews Methodist Church she disrespected, talked down, and belittled the childcare workers under her. She treated the childcare Workers, who are all adults, as children. She would interrupt us all the time when we spoke, spoke down to us, and used power plays over us.
All the childcare workers only wanted to care for children. We were not allowed to do this. Shyanne is one nasty gal with power issues. She had no idea how to be nice to women, let alone respect people. And she would turn on someone in a heartbeat.
Please stay away from this gal and save your future headaches, as well as her damaging your reputation.
