Both cellspypro and sigmaspy are touting the cell spy pro phone software as an end-all, do-all means of tracking and reviewing messages, texts and calls made via a phone other than the one on which you load the program. This all appeals to parents and/or spouses who may wish to gather information about phones they legally own, but are used by another person. Sigma Spy even goes so far as to offer several versions of the program, each touted as more robust and with greater reaching capabilities than the next.
Neither web site mentioned above tells the purchaser that the software doesn't actually work under almost all scenarios (e.g., verizon phones, 'locked' by the service provider; blackberrys which have some of the most comprehensive security of all phones; or even the run-of-the-mill phones used by the greatest majority of the population - it only works on a limited number of Sony models, and those too will soon be beyond the program's capability.) The software and its sales are apparently a scam - as confirmed via expert opinon from electonics mavens available through third party contract. The alleged capabilities of cell spy pro have been made obsolete by current technology, don't buy it and don't believe the web site's BS.

My name is Mark and I am from Customer Services at SIGMA Spy. We have no affiliation with Cell Spy pro whatsoever, and we suspect that they sell bluetooth software only, i.e. software that only works in bluetooth range and indeed most of the models that that software works on are Sony Ericsson phones. We are selling a suite of software, which works not only on bluetooth range but on any range, and therefore we believe that the seller did not buy from us. We do mention that unlocking of phone may be necessary, so we advise the buyer to contact us for extra information on how to carry out these procedure. We also suspect that the buyer just bought from Cell Spy Pro and erroneously gave a bad report on our company.
