Simmons Beautyrest Mattress company .deceptive, false advertising, guarantee not honored, inspection test a joke chicago Nationwide

I purchased a Simmons Beauty Rest Alaina Plush Mattress set at Carson Pirie Soott in Ford City Illinois. The mattress set sold for 796.00 including tax and 10% coupon. The mattress set was delivered on 01/07/17. I started having a crook in my neck as well as experiencing back pain in May of 2017. I never would have contributed this to the new mattress since I had bought several Beautry Rest sets, one I had for over 13 years. The mattress became soft in exactly 4 months, a month after the 90 policy was up. I contacted Carsons to explain the problem. They sent an inspector to my house that used this device to measure the density of the mattress. Carsons or Bon Ton got in touch with me and stated no defects were found. I  E mailed the cooperate office and they explained  new mattresses are made mostly of  foam to contour to your body and the inspector found the right density level so I would have to wait 6 months before they can test the mattress for defects again. Buyer beware, Beautyrest mattess are not what they use to be these mattress feel wonderful for 3 to 4 months and after that they become soft. Once you buy one of these mattress you are stuck with them if it's not returned widthin 3 months.
