My nightmare becoming a IAPA member and how SImona got my money

Last year I became a IAPA member of the International organization of au pairs, before accepting our agency Simona Dallera in a very rude way requested several documents including bank statements and certificates of registration 

Simonda Dallera is Rude and inprofessional. 

she requested the name of our website, and a significant amout of money , after more than one week she confirmed that we were accepted as IAPA members

they emailed us their logo and asked us to put it on our website

DUring this time our membership lasted we did not have any benefit at all, she requested payment for 3 consecutive years, and then last year she informs our agency that she was not going to renew our membership 

i was very surprised and asked why, she answered that we were not informed that we had other website where we put their logo as well, we where never told that their logo was acceptable for only one website, 

we tried to speak with the IAPA board, they never replied to my emails and calls

They cancelled our membership and i foudn this very unfair and asked them a refund as from the beginning i gave them the 2 websites we had, so they were aware about this much before we became a member and they never complained and they accepted our membership, now that we have invested thousand of dollars in the new stationery they ask us to delete their logo from our web and all material

SImona Dallera kept our money, more than 2,000 euros during the last 3 years , moreover she did not have enought with that, every time she has the oportunity she speaks bad about our agency and is doing business defamation about us with other au pair agencies, taking advantage that we are not in Europe

Being a member of the IAPA NEVER gave us one single benefit and has only given us bad reputation and problems, plus lots of money stolen to us
