in november 2017 ordered product, was not what i thought it was and sent back. caleld ultimate life and simple comfort also sent product on 12/17 was charged and disputed they credited me back after talking to supervisor .... they told me I would be credited which i was. now on 2/23/2018 i was charged again 82.58. i called to company and she hung up on me after i asked for a supervisor.. I would recommend no one order anything from them its a scam to get you to order monthly, even if you mail product unopened back. I just put dispute in with Discover and she told me I could but they would not give me credit. in fact this time it just stated transfer balance with no explanationof who it bill came from .. so looked back on previous order and called .
