On 8/05 I purchased 3 Razr phones with the understanding that I would receive four 3 month $50. rebate checks, four 6 month $75. checks, and four 9 month $75 checks. as shown on the website and also verified by phone with the customer service department of SimplyWireless. regardless of which family plan I signed up for. This was part of the buy a Razr phone at a discounted fee promotion.

Two months after submitting my first 3 month rebate forms for all four phones I contacted Simply Wireless and was told to check for my rebate at their website.

So far after 6 months have passed, I have not recieved anything of a rebate. I am going to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission since I am not the only one who is waiting on a rebate that is apparently not going to come. This company is not delivering what it has promised and in my book that is fraud plain and simple.
