Sinotrans Express and Novation Lottery Scam

AUTHOR: OldDad76 - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, November 26, 2013

I was able to contact the Publishers Clearing Awards Center and was told that they appear at your door with your check and never call or write you to tell you are a winner.  They also never ask you to send them money to get your prize. They said do not cash the check because it is a scam and they are reporting this to Law Enfrcement with several other reports to shut this group down.
