SJ Creative LLC Rollabind Ordered $5,022 worth of notebooks, NEVER RECEIVED, new lies everytime I call if I can even get through Boca Raton FL

I have never had a vendor inspire the level of fury this scumbag has.

I am an assistant at a financial institution and we were looking to order the Arc system compatible notebooks withour logo debossed onto the cover. I found this website and requested samples. I received 4-5 different notebooks, and 2 boxes of various colored rings, everything complete with Rollabind promo page on the inside cover, and all looking very legitimate. We needed 600 of these notebooks, and needed 200 of them rush ordered.

I placed the order and was given a total of $5,022.00 and requested payment by check or money order to begin production. This a*****e was far too eager for his check which should have been a sign. He was emailing me several times a day asking where it was and for a tracking number etc. After he received the check, he said he would begin virtual samples. 

Now is where the hell begins. First he was still replying to emails and sent us a digital sample, of which was correct except for that 1 cover was supposed to be blank. When I requested this be fixed, it took 5 days for him to reply. Reminder that we were having 200 of these rush ordered, so I started to email more requesting the timing of the order and if they had began production yet. No reply. a week went by, we sent him probably 10 emails, no reply. Another week, no reply. Their business phone goes straight to voicemail, no call backs.

FINALLY after harassing him, he emailed my colleague and gave some bullshit excuse of their systems being changed to something new and him being in "corporate meetings" and gave his cell phone for us to contact him. Which he proceeded to never answer. I am not exaggerating when I say I called him about 60 times in a row each time I actually got a hold of him. Then of course was fed a line of more excuses about him being out of the country, his mother dying, yet more systems, etcetc. 

There are reports on here complaining about $30, we sent him a check for $5000!!! FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS HE CASHED & OUR NOTEBOOKS ARE SUPPOSEDLY "ON THE WAY" for the past 6 WEEKS. everytime I am miraculously able to get a hold of him once I have assaulted his phone with calls, I am just fed a new line of excuses, and constantly "I think they are ready, they should be ready, let me call and check" and there isn't a whole lot more I can yell at him demanding a tracking number or a refund.

I have already made it known to him we have an in-house legal team which we will be utiliizing if necessary, which we WILL be, but I would rather just get the stupid notebooks or our money back. but since Jack Feldman (which probably isn't even his real name) is a complete and total f*cking CRIMINAL, we will probably have to go the legal route. 

JACK FELDMAN IS A CRIMINAL. ROLLABIND IS A SCAM THAT WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCTS. DO NOT BUY!!! SOMEONE GET THIS d**n WEBSITE SHUT DOWN OR SOMEONE HACK IT AND DESTROY IT PLEASE.
