Do not buy any property from these jokers who will promise you earth, take your money and start playing tricky games. It is hard to access any of their senior staff once you pay them advance or booking amount.

Very unprofessional, unreliable . liers and fraud company. They will lie at every point and try to manipulate you.

They took my money, manipulated me for weeks after I left India. They changed all the terms they promised. They do not give what they commit, After reading couple of complaints I found that this builder by name SJR GROUP is a big fraud, not to be relied, untrustworthy.

Do not give your hard earned money to these crooks. They might even sell a single property to many buyers and then play around with who booked for less price even if it is 100 Rs per square feet.

This company is pure Scam and NRIs have to specially be watchful before handing over your hard earned money.  In this company no one is really responsible, I made 100s of calls but except security guy no one really takes phone in their head office.

You keep calling those on site sales representatives ( mostly they employ girls to catch potential customers), they will not be able to reply once you get ripped off.  Its director Reddy who cannot be accessed at any given point of time. So called sales DGM one Ms. Sukhi who will really not attend single call or reply professionally.

Keep these guys away , There are better builders in Bangalore, but never trust SJR GROUP. You can find dozens of other complaints on net about their ripoff activities. Highly unprofessional and cheats. 

One of their rep told that they even collect 25000 Rs per property to pay to Govt registration office to pay the bribe to manipulate the papers or process. This amount is incorporated in miscellaneous charges.

This builder is making money by cheating, manipulating while working with corrupt officers in Bangalore registrar offices.

Keep them out.  Do not loose your hard earned money or peace of mind with this builder.
