S&K Builders, Charles Spurlock, Micheal Kestner house falling in Bateria in carpet consumer fraud Murfressboro Tennessee

I bought my home on 4/18/02, two weeks later I noticed my garage ceiling falling in, this had me start looking for other major problems, foundation problems(cracking) vinyl siding bowed out and falling, bent and broken gutters(this is a new home!) and to top it all of the plumbing(raw sewage)back up in my house through the toliets and bath tubs flooding my three-year-old's room.

It was found that the pipes were not glued together properly, and then the pipes were ran over by a bull dozer so for one month the plumbing was sinking into the yard then eventually my home. The one and only time S&K Builders(Charles Spurlock/Micheal Kestner) has come to fix anything on the house they were forced to by the local building codes office(Rutherford County Tennessee)and that was the plumbing, but the problem was not fixed correctly, they did not replace the pading or carpet in the house.

Now my children are sick because of the bacteria growth from the nasty plumbing back up. I call the builders office once a day and his cell phone once a day, but no one ever calls back
