Skin Allure Brands free sample; no mention of trial or cancellation; bliied egregious amouny for "samples: i.e. $85-95 for small amounts of product; unable to reach company representative thru phone numbers - billing company only. Internet

Ordered 2 sets of anti wrinkle and aging products (cream & eye serum) from 2 different companies off the internet. Paid shipping and handling ($4.95 for one and $5.95 for second). 3 weeks later, found an $87.50 charge on my bank statement. Called bank, found out details for charge and obtained phone number for company. It was a billing service. I challenged their practice and they offered a 50% refund off product cost only. I accepted. Remebered 2nd sample set and called number off the product. Called them and they were getting ready to put through a bank charge of $97.00 for their "sample". I refuted and they offered the same 50% discount off cost of $97.00 only, not shipping and handling. Following day, opened and reviewed my Discover account billing and found all charges for these products were duplicated on the Discover billing. Notified bank and Discover about the situation and they are contesting. The second company is TransformDerma at 855-602-6930, again a billing company number only. Both companies offered 50% refund on cost of pruducts only. They were also able to speak with me about both sets of products the 2nd time I called them, so obviously these companies use same collection services.
