Skin Element/ Eye Vibe Rapid fulfillment Free trial SCAM that cost you money to try Pacoima California

Buyer beward of a scam for a beauty product called SkinElement and EyeVibe. For a small shipping & handeling free you order a 30 day trial of SkinElement. Then, as you complete that order you get another offer to try EyeVibe for an additional shipping and handeling fee so all together was $8 or $9. 

I received my order in a small unmarked box. There was nothing in the box that explained how much the normal cost will be of that it is actually a 15 day (EyeVibe) and 18 day trial (SkinElement). To my SHOCK, I see a $97 charge on my bank statement and when i called about the fee I was offered a 50% discount to keep that subscription and the product.

I told the very scripted repesentitive that I did not want anything to do with a company like this and was then offered a 40% refund and I could keep the product but cancel; my subsciption. I again, explained that I had no knowledge of these charges and did not want to keep the product. In order for me to get the 'maximum refund' which would only be $77 was for me to send the product back! They were charging me a $20 restocking fee! 

I asked to speak to a supervisor and the smug representitive told me that they would tell me the same thing. I was trasnferred and all of a sudden I was unable to hear a word the 'supervisor' was saying because the connection was so bad. I asked for a call back which I got to my surprise but again the connection was so bad I could only tell that it was a male. 

I had to call back to confirm that they did in fact cancel my account and any future shipments and also to get the return process. I was informed that in order to get my 'maxium refund' I had to one again pay for the shipping back to them!

DO NOT WASTE your money. This is not a trial, this a scam!!!
